Texas at Seattle 3:40 PM ET
A stellar pitcher's duel is on the radar as Seattle ace Felix Hernandez matches up with Texas left-hander Derek Holland in Thursday's finale of a four-game set in the Mariners' ballpark. Holland has allowed one run and six hits over 17 innings in his last two outings while Hernandez is looking to tie Houston's Dallas Keuchel for most victories (17) in the American League.
Colorado at San Diego 3:40 PM ET
San Diego right fielder Matt Kemp has reached the 20-homer mark for the sixth time in his career and is closing in on a 100-RBI season as the Padres close a four-game set against the visiting Colorado Rockies on Thursday. Kemp's homer Wednesday was his fifth in the past 11 games and he is seven RBIs away from becoming the first San Diego player to reach the century mark since Chase Headley in 2012.
Toronto at NY Yankees 7:05 PM ET
Coming off back-to-back defeats, the New York Yankees are 1 1/2 games out of first place in the American League East as they prepare to host the division-leading Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday night in the opener of a four-game showdown. The Blue Jays kicked off a 10-game road trip by dropping two of three in Boston - with both defeats coming in lopsided fashion.
Chi. Cubs at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET

After seeing the bullpen squander a late lead to prevent a three-game sweep of their arch-rival, everything is lined up for the Chicago Cubs to bounce back Thursday in Philadelphia. The Cubs send budding ace Jake Arrieta to the mound to open a four-game series with the lowly Phillies, who own the worst record in baseball.

Milwaukee at Pittsburgh 7:05 PM ET
The Pittsburgh Pirates are starting to turn their fortunes around against their National League Central foes, although the Milwaukee Brewers have routinely had their number. Winners of four of their last six overall, the Pirates attempt to snap a six-game losing skid to the Brewers when the clubs open a four-game series at PNC Park on Thursday.
Detroit at Cleveland 7:10 PM ET
Alfredo Simon looks to continue his mastery of the Cleveland Indians this season when the visiting Detroit Tigers open a four-game series against their American League Central rivals on Thursday. Simon has won all four of his starts versus the Indians in 2015, posting a 1.50 ERA while allowing four runs on 18 hits in 24 innings.
NY Mets at Atlanta 7:10 PM ET
The New York Mets have not won the National League East title yet, but after rallying three times in three days to sweep the Washington Nationals, it feels like only a matter of time before New York clinches its first division crown since 2006. The Mets open a four-game road series against the Atlanta Braves on Thursday after three consecutive comeback victories at Washington opened a seven-game advantage in the East, and Yoenis Cespedes continues tearing up opposing pitching.
St. Louis at Cincinnati 7:10 PM ET
After narrowly being swept at home for the first time this season, the St. Louis Cardinals kick off a 10-game road trip on Thursday with the first of four contests against the Cincinnati Reds. The Cardinals rallied for a 4-3 victory over the Chicago Cubs on Wednesday to halt a three-game losing streak and maintain their 4 1/2-game lead atop the National League Central.
