Cleveland at NY Yankees 1:05 PM ET
The Cleveland Indians have risen to the top of the American League Central due in large part to their quality pitching, but the New York Yankees have appeared unfazed in their matchups. The Yankees look to continue their offensive success against the visiting Indians when the teams continue a three-game series in the Bronx on Saturday.
Boston at LA Dodgers 4:05 PM ET
Mookie Betts was the American League Player of the Month for July, and the Boston Red Sox right fielder looks intent on having another stellar month in August. Minnesota at Tampa Bay 6:10 PM ET

Cincinnati at Pittsburgh 7:05 PM ET
Ivan Nova will make his first start in the National League when the Pittsburgh Pirates host the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday in the middle contest of a three-game set. San Francisco at Washington 7:05 PM ET
Stephen Strasburg will be bidding to become the first 16-game winner in the major leagues when the surging Washington Nationals continue their three-game series against the visiting San Francisco Giants on Saturday night. Pedro Alvarez has been flexing his muscle over the last week and the Baltimore Orioles are benefiting from the power display. With six homers in his last five contests, Alvarez looks to continue his torrid hitting on Saturday as the American League East-leading Orioles attempt to secure a series victory against the host Chicago White Sox.
NY Mets at Detroit 7:10 PM ET
A pair of teams going to opposite directions continue a three-game series Saturday night when the hard-charging Detroit Tigers play host to the fading New York Mets. Detroit has vaulted back into contention in the American League Central, cutting first-place Cleveland's lead to two games following Friday's 4-3 victory over the Mets.
Texas at Houston 7:10 PM ET
The Houston Astros picked up a rare victory over Texas in the series opener and look to make up more ground in the American League West race when they host the Rangers on Saturday. Houston began the three-game set Friday with a 5-0 triumph to improve to 2-9 against Texas this season.
Toronto at Kansas City 7:15 PM ET
The Toronto Blue Jays elected against shuffling Aaron Sanchez to the bullpen and kept the 24-year-old in a now six-man rotation as the club attempts to continue its pursuit of the penthouse in the American League East. Sanchez, who has worked a career-high 139 1/3 innings this season, will look to keep an unblemished road record intact on Saturday as the Blue Jays vie for their fifth straight win and a series victory versus the Kansas City Royals.
Atlanta at St. Louis 7:15 PM ET
The St. Louis Cardinals are struggling to score runs, but their minimum effort led them to a much-needed series-opening victory Friday against the Atlanta Braves. The Cardinals host the Braves on Saturday after claiming a 1-0 decision for their second victory in six games - a stretch during which they have scored only 15 runs.
Milwaukee at Arizona 8:10 PM ET
The Arizona Diamondbacks look to post back-to-back victories for the first time since mid-July when they host the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday for the middle contest of their three-game series. Philadelphia’s top pitching prospect, Jake Thompson, is set to make his major league debut Saturday as the visiting Phillies continue their three-game series against the San Diego Padres, but All-Star outfielder Odubel Herrera’s status remains unclear. Phillies manager Pete Mackanin has kept Herrera on the bench for three of the last four games, including Friday’s 5-4 victory.
LA Angels at Seattle 9:10 PM ET
The Seattle Mariners had trouble closing out games with the demoted Steve Cishek working the ninth inning, but that may no longer be an issue with rookie Edwin Diaz receiving the ball. The right-hander struck out the side as Seattle defeated the visiting Los Angeles Angels on Friday in the opener of their three-game series and has fanned 56 batters in just 28 major-league innings entering Saturday's contest.
