Texas at Chi. Cubs 2:20 PM ET

The Texas Rangers compiled the best record in the American League over the first half of the season in spite of a rash of injuries to their starting pitchers, and the Rangers will get one of their top arms back Saturday afternoon. Ace right-hander Yu Darvish is slated to come off the disabled list and make his first start since June 8 in the second of a three-game road clash with the Chicago Cubs.

Boston at NY Yankees 4:05 PM ET
The Boston Red Sox got a boost before they even began play in the second half when news of a trade for All-Star left-hander Drew Pomeranz hit on Thursday. The Red Sox rode that wave to a win on Friday and will try to clinch a series win when they visit the rival New York Yankees for the second of a three-game series on Saturday.
Toronto at Oakland 4:05 PM ET
Stephen Vogt was left on the bench in Tuesday's All-Star Game and took out his frustrations on the visiting Toronto Blue Jays on Friday in the opener of the Oakland Athletics' 10-game homestand. Vogt and the Athletics look to built on their 8-7 comeback victory when they resume the three-game series Saturday afternoon.
Houston at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
The Houston Astros have climbed back into the playoff race following a dismal April, while the Seattle Mariners are trying to recapture their early-season magic. The American League West rivals continue their three-game series Saturday with the host Mariners looking to slow down the surging Astros, who have moved a season-high eight games over .500.
Baltimore at Tampa Bay 6:10 PM ET
Jonathan Schoop has quietly been a major force this season and hopes to continue the trend when his Baltimore Orioles visit the struggling Tampa Bay Rays on Saturday. Schoop has hit safely in 10 consecutive games to raise his average to .303 and belted the go-ahead homer in Friday’s 4-3 victory in the series opener against the Rays.
NY Mets at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
Neil Walker and the New York Mets have made themselves at home at Citizens Bank Park this season, with the veteran belting four homers in four games to add to his team's total of 14. Walker and the homer-happy Mets look to slug their way to a series victory on Saturday when they play the second contest of the three-game set versus the host Philadelphia Phillies.
Pittsburgh at Washington 7:05 PM ET
The National League East-leading Washington Nationals are infusing some youth into the lineup to begin the second half and are already getting strong returns. The Nationals will try to clinch a series win behind youngsters Michael Taylor and Trea Turner when they host the Pittsburgh Pirates in the second of a three-game set on Saturday.
Cleveland at Minnesota 7:10 PM ET
The Cleveland Indians stumbled into the All-Star break with losses in four of their last five contests, but they quickly found their step against the cellar-dwelling Minnesota Twins. After beginning their nine-game road trip with a convincing win in the opener, the American League Central-leading Indians vie for a series victory when the three-game set continues at Target Field on Saturday.
Kansas City at Detroit 7:10 PM ET

The Kansas City Royals have looked every bit like the defending World Series champions when they play at home, but it has been a different story on the road. The Royals look to avoid a fifth consecutive road defeat Saturday when they play the second of a three-game series with the host Detroit Tigers.

Colorado at Atlanta 7:10 PM ET
The post All-Star break represents an opportunity for the Atlanta Braves to solidify the key components of their 2017 roster, and Mike Foltynewicz is one of the young talents squarely in focus. Foltynewicz takes the mound Saturday as the Braves host the Colorado Rockies in the middle contest of a three-game weekend series, coming off a career-high 10-strikeout performance Sunday against the Chicago White Sox.
Milwaukee at Cincinnati 7:10 PM ET
The Milwaukee Brewers and the Cincinnati Reds are each spending the second half looking for signs that the future could turn out to be better than the present. Both teams will showcase the veterans for possible trades and give more time to the youngsters when the Reds host the Brewers in the second of a three-game series on Saturday.
Miami at St. Louis 7:15 PM ET
The St. Louis Cardinals began the second half of the season in much the same manner as they finished the first - with yet another defeat at home. Losers of 11 of their last 15 at Busch Stadium, the Cardinals look to get it together on Saturday as they host the second contest of their three-game series versus the Miami Marlins.
LA Dodgers at Arizona 8:10 PM ET
The Los Angeles Dodgers own the best post All-Star break record in the majors over the last three-plus years, and their opener to this season's second half proved they are serious about holding on to that distinction. The Dodgers aim for their 20th victory in the last 28 outings Saturday as they continue a three-game set in Arizona versus the Diamondbacks.
San Francisco at San Diego 8:40 PM ET
The San Diego Padres are clearly playing for the future following Thursday’s trade of All-Star pitcher Drew Pomeranz to Boston, but they still could play a key role in the National League West race. The Padres have won 12 of their last 21 games heading into Saturday’s contest against the visiting San Francisco Giants, who lead the division by 5 1/2 games over the second-place Dodgers.
Chi. White Sox at LA Angels 9:05 PM ET
The Chicago White Sox look to avoid a third straight shutout loss when they visit the Los Angeles Angels on Saturday for the middle contest of their three-game set. Chicago ended the first half of the season with a 2-0 setback against Atlanta and returned from the All-Star break with very little punch, recording only five hits in a 7-0 defeat to Los Angeles in Friday's series opener.
