The Washington Nationals have made amends after being unceremoniously swept by the Philadelphia Phillies in April, outscoring their National League East rival by a 25-12 margin en route to winning the last four encounters. Washington looks to ride its potent offense toward another victory on Saturday afternoon when the clubs play the second contest of their three-game series.
Baltimore at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
Edwin Encarnacion snapped out of a slump in a big way last time out and hopes to build off that emotion when his Toronto Blue Jays host the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday afternoon in the third contest of their four-game series. Encarnacion was hitless in his previous 19 at-bats before belting a walk-off solo homer in the 10th inning to edge the Orioles 4-3 on Friday.
Boston at Minnesota 2:10 PM ET
Dustin Pedroia and the Boston Red Sox have been white-hot at the plate of late, and both faced little resistance from the Minnesota Twins in the opener of their three-game series. Pedroia collected two doubles and a single to extend his hitting streak to 16 games for visiting Boston, which vies for a series victory on Saturday afternoon.
Kansas City at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
The Chicago White Sox have a chance to win three straight games for the first time since May 6-9 when they host the skidding Kansas City Royals on Saturday afternoon. Alex Avila swatted two of his team's four home runs as Chicago handed Kansas City its eighth consective loss and moved past the Royals into second place in the American League Central.
Houston at Tampa Bay 4:10 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Rays have changed their course over the last week, winning six of their last seven contests, and look to continue the improvement when they host the Houston Astros on Saturday. The Rays were in a freefall after dropping eight of nine before reviving their season with five wins in the last six contests of a road trip and edging the Astros 4-3 at home on Friday.
Oakland at Cincinnati 4:10 PM ET
Interleague play has not been kind to the Cincinnati Reds, who ended a seven-game losing streak against American League opponents with a 2-1 victory over the visiting Oakland Athletics on Friday night. Winners of six of nine overall, the Reds look to make it two in a row against the Athletics on Saturday afternoon in the middle contest of a three-game set.
Chi. Cubs at Atlanta 4:10 PM ET

Coming off his first regular-season loss in nearly a year, Jake Arrieta tries to start another streak when he takes the mound Saturday for the Chicago Cubs in the second of a three-game road series against the Atlanta Braves. The Cubs look to even the series after a 5-1 loss in Friday’s opener.  

San Diego at Colorado 4:10 PM ET
Tyler Chatwood delivered a stellar performance in his last turn and looks to ride the momentum when the Colorado Rockies host the San Diego Padres in the middle contest of a three-game series. Chatwood gave up just one run and one hit in eight innings while defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers on the road and will try to carry the success into Coors Field.
NY Mets at Milwaukee 4:10 PM ET
The New York Mets look to remain perfect against the Milwaukee Brewers this season when they visit Miller Park on Saturday for the third contest of their four-game series. New York swept a three-game set versus Milwaukee at home from May 20-22 and has captured the first two meetings of this series after outlasting the Brewers 2-1 in 11 innings on Friday.
Detroit at NY Yankees 7:15 PM ET
After playing 17 of 20 on the road, the New York Yankees were determined to provide a show for their fans entering their current seven-game homestand. With 33 runs scored during their five-game winning streak, the Yankees look to remain perfect on the homestand on Saturday when they play the second contest of the three-game series versus the Detroit Tigers.
LA Dodgers at San Francisco 7:15 PM ET
San Francisco Giants manager Bruce Bochy understands the questions, but he’s sticking with beleaguered closer Santiago Casilla. Bochy said Casilla’s role will remain unchanged for Saturday’s game against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers, even after the 12-year veteran allowed a go-ahead home run to Justin Turner in the ninth inning of Friday’s 3-2 loss.
St. Louis at Pittsburgh 7:15 PM ET
Everything is starting to go the way of the St. Louis Cardinals, who vie for their sixth win in seven games against the host Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday night. Pitcher Adam Wainwright's tiebreaking, pinch-hit two-run double ignited a six-run rally in the 12th inning as the Cardinals won the series opener to move a season-high five games over .500.
Cleveland at LA Angels 10:05 PM ET
The Cleveland Indians are soaring in June and look to fatten up the victory total further when they visit the struggling Los Angeles Angels on Saturday. Cleveland recorded a 6-2 win in Friday's opener of a three-game series to improve to 8-2 this month while handing the Angels their fifth consecutive defeat and seventh in the past nine contests.
Texas at Seattle 10:10 PM ET
Seattle is the first team in major league history to have a different player hit two home runs in four consecutive games and the Mariners hope for another power-filled contest when they host the Texas Rangers on Saturday. Seattle defeated Texas 7-5 in Friday's series opener as Dae-Ho Lee hit two homers to follow Nelson Cruz (Tuesday), Chris Iannetta (Wednesday) and Robinson Cano (Thursday) in the record-setting streak.
Miami at Arizona 10:10 PM ET
It took a huge rally on Friday, but the Miami Marlins managed to remain perfect against the Arizona Diamondbacks this season. Miami looks to continue the trend Saturday, when the clubs meet at Chase Field for the middle contest of their four-game series.
