Baltimore at NY Yankees 1:05 PM ET
Michael Pineda has been terrific over the first month of the season. The New York Yankees' right-hander looks to build off his best start of the campaign Sunday against the visiting Baltimore Orioles - the only team to inflict significant damage on Pineda this year.
Boston at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
The Toronto Blue Jays are the latest team to pick on the fading Boston Red Sox and will go for a sweep when they host the finale of their three-game series on Sunday. The Blue Jays have taken the first two contest by a combined 14-1 score, and the Red Sox reportedly held a players-only meeting after Saturday’s setback.
Minnesota at Cleveland 1:10 PM ET
The Minnesota Twins hope to extend their winning streak to a season-high five games and complete the sweep of the host Cleveland Indians on Sunday afternoon. The Twins have scored 16 runs in the first two games of the series following a 7-4 victory on Saturday and have racked up 10 or more hits in nine of their last 12 contests.
Texas at Tampa Bay 1:10 PM ET
Wandy Rodriguez is coming off perhaps the best start by a Texas Rangers pitcher this season. The veteran left-hander aims to build off that outing Sunday when the Rangers wrap up their four-game road series against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Atlanta at Washington 1:35 PM ET
Alex Wood posted a 2.59 ERA in 24 starts last season, but the Atlanta Braves left-hander takes the mound for Sunday’s series finale at the Washington Nationals looking for something positive. Wood has allowed three earned runs or more in four of his past five starts, and the Braves have given up 47 runs in five games against the Nationals this season.
NY Mets at Philadelphia 1:35 PM ET
New York and Philadelphia both have struggled to score runs of late, but the Mets are getting enough pitching to get by. The Phillies will try to be the first to three runs and steal a series win when they host New York for the finale of their three-game set on Sunday.
St. Louis at Pittsburgh 1:35 PM ET
The Pittsburgh Pirates needed to make some history in order to beat the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday for the first time this season. The Pirates will be looking for their first series win since sweeping Arizona from April 24-26 when they host the Cardinals in the rubber match of their three-game set on Sunday.
Cincinnati at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
The Cincinnati Reds look to conclude their 10-game road trip with a winning record when they face the Chicago White Sox in the rubber match of their three-game series on Sunday. Cincinnati went 4-3 over the first seven games of the trek before splitting a doubleheader against Chicago on Saturday, earning a 10-4 victory in the opener before dropping an 8-2 decision in the nightcap.
Chi. Cubs at Milwaukee 2:10 PM ET
The Milwaukee Brewers broke loose for a season-high run total in the middle game of the series and attempt to win the three-game set against the Chicago Cubs on Sunday. Gerardo Parra homered and had a season-best four RBIs as Milwaukee rolled to a 12-4 victory on Saturday to even the series at one game apiece.
Houston at LA Angels 3:35 PM ET
The Houston Astros are the first American League team to reach 20 victories and try to remain perfect in road series when they visit the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday in the finale of their four-game series. First-place Houston (20-11) improved to 12-3 on the road with a 6-5 victory Saturday to ensure at least a split in its fifth road set of the season while extending its lead in the AL West to six games over Los Angeles and continuing to surprise the baseball world with its torrid start.
Miami at San Francisco 4:05 PM ET
The Miami Marlins continue to feel right at home in San Francisco as they try for a series victory against the Giants on Sunday in the finale of their four-game set. Miami is 12-5 in its last 17 contests after a 3-11 start and improved to 15-6 at AT&T Park since 2010 with a 6-2 victory Saturday despite Dee Gordon missing his second straight game because of a hamstring injury.
Oakland at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
Felix Hernandez strives to add another strong outing to the ledger when the Seattle Mariners conclude their three-game series against the visiting Oakland Athletics on Sunday. Hernandez has won his last four turns and is holding opposing hitters to a collective .192 average during his superb start to the season.
San Diego at Arizona 4:10 PM ET
San Diego’s Justin Upton tormented his former teammates with a game-winning homer in the third game of the series and the Padres look to win for the third straight day when they visit the Arizona Diamondbacks in Sunday’s finale of the four-game set. Upton deposited a pitch into the seats in left-center field to open the 12th inning Saturday and San Diego added a run to post a 6-4 victory.
LA Dodgers at Colorado 4:10 PM ET
The Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies attempt to overcome the elements and wrap up their abbreviated series at Coors Field on Sunday. Rain delayed the start of Friday's opener and forced the game to be called in the top of the sixth inning, with Los Angeles coming away with a 2-1 victory.
Kansas City at Detroit 8:05 PM ET
The Kansas City Royals and the Detroit Tigers are handing the American League Central lead back and forth. The Royals will try to gain some separation and earn a series win when they visit the Tigers for the rubber match of a three-game series on Sunday.
