Cleveland at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
The Cleveland Indians seek their second series win of the season when they visit the Chicago White Sox for the rubber match of their three-game set Wednesday afternoon. Cleveland, which has gone 0-2-1 in series since beginning the campaign by taking two of three at Houston, dropped the opener at Chicago before posting a 6-2 victory on Tuesday.
Chi. Cubs at Pittsburgh 7:05 PM ET

The culture change within the Chicago Cubs has been apparent in the late innings. The Cubs pulled off another late comeback Tuesday and will aim for a third straight road win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday.

Miami at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET

Cole Hamels has looked nothing like the ace that the Philadelphia Phillies desperately need him to be. The former World Series MVP hopes to snap out of his early-season funk Wednesday when the Phillies continue their three-game home series with the Miami Marlins.

St. Louis at Washington 7:05 PM ET
After a few recent hiccups, Washington's phenomenal starting rotation is beginning to live up to expectations. The Nationals look to maintain their current run Wednesday when they host the St. Louis Cardinals in the continuation of a three-game series.
Baltimore at Toronto 7:07 PM ET
The Toronto Blue Jays look to win back-to-back games for the first time in nearly two weeks when they host the Baltimore Orioles in the second of a three-game set on Wednesday. Jose Reyes returned to the lineup after missing the previous three games with a cracked rib and drove in two runs Tuesday while Edwin Encarnacion homered twice as the Blue Jays used a six-run second inning to breeze past the Orioles 13-6.
NY Yankees at Detroit 7:08 PM ET
David Price is off to a superb start, but he'll be looking to avenge the worst outing of his career when the Detroit Tigers host the New York Yankees on Wednesday in the third contest of their four-game series. Price, who owns the American League's second-lowest ERA, will be facing the Yankees for the first time since they shelled him for eight runs on 12 hits - including nine in a row - in two-plus innings at Comerica Park on Aug. 27.
Boston at Tampa Bay 7:10 PM ET
The Boston Red Sox look to remain unbeaten through five series and build off their second shutout when they send Joe Kelly to the mound against the host Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday. Wade Miley went 5 2/3 innings for his first victory with the Red Sox, who scored an unearned run for a 1-0 victory in the opener of the three-game set Tuesday after going 3-0-1 in their first four series.
Atlanta at NY Mets 7:10 PM ET

Kevin Plawecki’s major-league debut went exceptionally well, and the New York Mets have reason to believe the 24-year-old catcher will more than hold his own while Travis d’Arnaud recovers from a fractured right finger. The Mets host the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday and Plawecki figures to be behind the plate again, one night after recording two hits, scor

Minnesota at Kansas City 8:10 PM ET
The Kansas City Royals attempt to complete a sweep when they host the Minnesota Twins in the finale of their three-game series on Wednesday. After posting a convincing 7-1 victory in the opener, Kansas City came from behind to record a 6-5 win on Tuesday as Christian Colon forged a tie in the eighth inning with an RBI groundout before Mike Moustakas delivered a run-scoring single two batters later.
Cincinnati at Milwaukee 8:10 PM ET
The Cincinnati Reds limped into Milwaukee having scored four runs during a four-game losing streak, but they have snapped out of their slump at the expense of the skidding Brewers. Cincinnati has erupted for 22 runs and swatted seven home runs in winning the first two contests of the four-game series and send ace Johnny Cueto to the mound Wednesday against Milwaukee, which has dropped seven in a row.
San Diego at Colorado 8:40 PM ET
The San Diego Padres' transformation from a light-hitting team into an offensive juggernaut spells trouble for the National League West - especially the Colorado Rockies, who are already resembling the team that posted a major league-worst 4.84 ERA last season. San Diego tries for its fourth straight victory and seventh in the last eight games when the teams reconvene Wednesday for the third contest of their four-game series.
Texas at Arizona 9:40 PM ET
In case the Arizona Diamondbacks had forgotten, Prince Fielder reminded them why they were happy to see the slugger leave for the American League over three years ago. Hoping to build off his best offensive game of the season, the five-time All-Star will try to lead his Texas Rangers to a two-game road sweep of the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.
Oakland at LA Angels 10:05 PM ET
The Los Angeles Angels avoided an 0-5 start at home for the first time in franchise history by exploding for a season high in runs Tuesday and look to make it two straight over the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday in the third contest of a four-game series. Los Angeles snapped a three-game losing streak with a 14-1 victory behind Johnny Giavotella’s home run and career-high four RBIs as well as an eight-strikeout performance by Hector Santiago.
Houston at Seattle 10:10 PM ET
The Houston Astros attempt to complete a three-game sweep of Seattle when they visit the Mariners on Wednesday. Houston rallied for five runs in the eighth inning in Tuesday’s contest behind Jose Altuve’s decisive blow while posting a 6-3 victory.
LA Dodgers at San Francisco 10:15 PM ET
Clayton Kershaw and Madison Bumgarner look to return to form Wednesday when the Los Angeles Dodgers face the San Francisco Giants in the second of a three-game set. The Giants collected 13 hits and snapped the Dodgers’ seven-game winning streak with Tuesday’s 6-2 victory.
