Chi. Cubs at Pittsburgh 7:05 PM ET

The top prospects populating the middle of the Chicago Cubs' lineup are starting to do damage to opposing pitchers, and they'll try to wreck the Pittsburgh Pirates for a second straight night when they continue their four-game series Tuesday. The Cubs snapped the Pirates' three-game winning streak with a 5-1 win Monday and are looking for their first series win in Pittsburgh since the opening week of the 2013 season.

Miami at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
Two teams looking to turn their seasons around meet when the Miami Marlins visit the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday in the opener of a three-game series. The Phillies have dropped seven of their last eight games and are one of the worst offensive teams in the majors while Miami’s pitching woes have led to a 3-10 start after being swept in four contests against the New York Mets.
St. Louis at Washington 7:05 PM ET
The St. Louis Cardinals look to extend their winning streak to six when they visit the Washington Nationals on Tuesday to start a six-game road trip. St. Louis leads the majors in ERA at 1.91 after giving up six runs during their five-game burst and will attempt to cool off the Nationals, who have won four of their five outings.
Baltimore at Toronto 7:07 PM ET
The Toronto Blue Jays hope to have shortstop Jose Reyes back in action when they open up a three-game series at home against the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday. Reyes missed all three games against Atlanta over the weekend after suffering a rib injury against Tampa Bay on Thursday.
NY Yankees at Detroit 7:08 PM ET
Yoenis Cespedes had been riding quite the wave of good fortune, following his two-homer, career-high six-RBI performance by ripping the go-ahead run-scoring single in the series opener. Cespedes looks to continue his solid stretch when the surging Detroit Tigers play the second contest of their four-game series versus the visiting New York Yankees on Tuesday.
Boston at Tampa Bay 7:10 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Rays are off to another slow start at home and look to begin turning things around when they host the rival Boston Red Sox on Tuesday to open a three-game set. The Rays finished 36-45 at Tropicana Field while going 41-40 on the road last season during their first sub-.500 campaign since 2007 and have won just one of their first six on home turf to start 2015.
Atlanta at NY Mets 7:10 PM ET
The New York Mets became the first National League team to reach the 10-win mark over the weekend, but it has come at a high cost. The Mets, who have lost two top-of-the-order hitters and a key reliever in the last week, attempt to remain undefeated at home and extend their winning streak to nine games on Tuesday when they open a three-game series against the Atlanta Braves.
Cleveland at Chi. White Sox 8:10 PM ET
The Chicago White Sox look to build upon a dramatic walk-off win when they continue their three-game series against the visiting Cleveland Indians on Tuesday. After being shut down by Trevor Bauer and two relievers through eight innings in Monday's opener, the White Sox lit up Indians closer Cody Allen for four runs in the bottom of the ninth to steal a 4-3 win.
Minnesota at Kansas City 8:10 PM ET
The Kansas City Royals attempt to secure a series win when they host the Minnesota Twins in the middle contest of their three-game series Tuesday. Kansas City avenged last week's back-to-back losses to Minnesota with authority, scoring three runs in two of its final three innings Monday for a 7-1 triumph.
Cincinnati at Milwaukee 8:10 PM ET
After ending a four-game slide in the series opener, the Cincinnati Reds look to put together a winning streak when they continue their four-game set at the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday. Cincinnati, which had lost seven of eight after beginning the season with four straight wins, broke open a scoreless game with four runs in the sixth inning en route to a 6-1 triumph on Monday.
San Diego at Colorado 8:40 PM ET
The San Diego Padres made several moves during the offseason to bolster an anemic offense, and the early results have been impressive. San Diego leads the National League with 73 runs - 33 more than it had at this point in 2014 - and the juggernaut tries to keep it going at hitter-friendly Coors Field on Tuesday against the struggling Colorado Rockies.
Texas at Arizona 9:40 PM ET
Nick Martinez hasn’t required much help from his offense while cruising to a pair of wins in his first two starts, but the Texas Rangers have given it to him anyway. The Rangers hope for another offensive outburst when they turn to their young right-hander again on Tuesday and try to end a two-game slide on the road in the opener of a two-game set against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Oakland at LA Angels 10:05 PM ET
The Oakland Athletics on Tuesday look to build on their newfound success at Angel Stadium when they meet Los Angeles in the second contest of a four-game series between American League West rivals. Oakland snapped a four-game losing streak in Anaheim and won for only the second time in the last nine contests there with a 6-3 victory Monday, dropping the Angels to 0-4 at home.
Houston at Seattle 10:10 PM ET
The Houston Astros opened a nine-game road trip in victorious fashion and look to defeat Seattle for the second straight night when they visit the Mariners on Tuesday. Houston third baseman Luis Valbuena hit two homers in the opener of the three-game series, including a tiebreaking solo shot in the top of the eighth inning.
LA Dodgers at San Francisco 10:15 PM ET
The defending champion San Francisco Giants are in danger of enduring another odd-year curse. The Giants will try to turn around their early struggles when they host the rival Los Angeles Dodgers in the opener of a three-game series on Tuesday.
