Mookie Betts hit two home runs with four RBIs and the Los Angeles Dodgers stayed perfect against the visiting Los Angeles Angels this season with an 11-4 victory Friday.

Freddie Freeman, J.D. Martinez and Will Smith also went deep for the Dodgers, while right-hander Tony Gonsolin (5-3) gave up four runs over 6 2/3 innings to win for the first time in four starts. The Dodgers' five home runs tied a season high.

The Dodgers improved to 3-0 against the Angels this season with the finale of the season series Saturday. The Dodgers also extended their overall winning streak over the Angels to nine games.

Mickey Moniak hit a three-run home run for the Angels and center fielder Jo Adell robbed Max Muncy of a homer in the first inning. Mike Moustakas also homered as the Angels lost their fourth consecutive game and fell for the eighth time in their last nine contests.

Angels right-hander Griffin Canning (6-4) lasted just 2 2/3 innings, giving up four runs on five hits.

The Dodgers took a 4-0 lead after Freeman hit a home run in the first inning, his 16th; Martinez went deep in the second, his 21st; and Betts hit his 24th in the third inning to go along with a Martinez RBI double.

The Angels got to Gonsolin in the fourth inning, getting singles from Shohei Ohtani and Taylor Ward, followed by a three-run homer from Moniak, his 10th, to pull within a run at 4-3.

Betts led off the fifth inning with his second home run of the game and 25th on the season. He is set to compete on Monday's Home Run Derby in Seattle.

In the sixth inning, Betts added a two-run double to give the Dodgers a 7-3 lead. Moustakas got one of the runs back in the seventh with his sixth home run of the season and second since joining the Angels in a June 25 trade from the Colorado Rockies.

The Dodgers scored four times in the ninth with two coming on Smith's 13th home run of the season. Smith and Betts each had three hits.
