White Sox 7, Tigers 4: Paul Konerko was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to score the go-ahead run in the seventh inning to lift visiting Chicago while Detroit acquired Tampa Bay left-hander David Price in a blockbuster three-team deal.

Moises Sierra had an RBI single while matching a career high with four hits and Adam Eaton had three hits and drove in a pair of runs for the White Sox, who seized the rubber match of the three-game series. Rookie Jose Abreu collected two doubles and a single to extend his career-best hitting streak to 20 games.

Torii Hunter and J.D. Martinez belted back-to-back homers in the third inning and Austin Jackson added an RBI single for the Tigers, who landed Price in a trade during the game. Jackson was removed from the contest in the seventh inning and heads to Seattle while Thursday starter Drew Smyly joins Mariners infielder Nick Franklin in traveling to the Rays.

With the game tied at 4-4, Eaton struck out to lead off the seventh inning but advanced to first after the wild pitch by Joakim Soria (1-4). Eaton moved to third on Alexei Ramirez's single to left and Konerko stepped up with the bases loaded and was hit by a 1-1 fastball to score the go-ahead run.

Eaton had an RBI single and Alexei Ramirez followed with a run-scoring double in the eighth to give Chicago a 7-4 lead. Ronald Belisario (4-7) allowed one hit over 1 2/3 scoreless innings and Javy Guerra struck out four to bridge the gap to Jake Petricka, who retired the side in the ninth for his sixth save.
