The Rays scored once in the fifth. Smith hit an infield single, stole second and continued to third on shortstop Urena's missed catch. Pham hit a sacrifice fly.
Tellez led off the sixth with his fourth homer of the season. Glasnow allowed a one-out single to Reese McGuire and a walk to Dwight Smith Jr. before he was replaced by Adam Kolarek.
McGuire was cut down trying to advance to third when the ball bounced away from catcher Moore. Urena singled and Jon Berti hit a two-run double, tying the game.
The Rays regained the lead in the bottom of the sixth. Adames walked, Austin Meadows singled, and Jake Petricka replaced Pannone. Adames scored from third on Moore's bunt single on a safety squeeze.
