Indians 4, Twins 3: Mike Aviles delivered a walk-off RBI single with two outs in the ninth inning - his third hit of the game - as host Cleveland made it two straight over Minnesota.

Asdrubal Cabrera led off the ninth with a double against Casey Fien (3-1) and advanced to third on Lonnie Chisenhall's sacrifice bunt before Aviles ripped a line drive up the middle. John Axford (1-3) worked around a two-out double and walk in the ninth to earn the victory after yielding game-winning homers in his previous two outings.

Yan Gomes homered, Michael Brantley recorded two hits and two RBIs, and Cabrera added two hits for the Indians, who won for the fourth time in six games after dropping six in a row. Brian Dozier drove in two runs, Danny Santana registered two hits and an RBI, and Josmil Pinto had two hits and was robbed of a third for the Twins.

Minnesota took a 1-0 lead in the third after Pedro Florimon walked with two outs and scored on Dozier's double. Cleveland moved in front 2-1 in the bottom of the frame when Aviles and Nyjer Morgan singled, and Nick Swisher walked with two outs to set the stage for Brantley, who delivered a two-run double to right.

Cleveland extended the lead to 3-1 as Gomes led off the fifth by hitting a 1-1 pitch out to left before Minnesota tied it with two in the seventh. Pinto singled and Eduardo Escobar chased Danny Salazar with a double before reliever Bryan Shaw yielded Santana's bullet RBI single up the middle and Dozier's sacrifice fly.
