Blue Jays 11, Giants 3: Adam Lind and J.P. Arencibia hit two-run homers and Ramon Ortiz tossed seven strong innings as host Toronto earned its first series victory over San Francisco.

Toronto struck early and often for the second night in a row, chasing San Francisco starter Ryan Vogelsong (1-4) after just two innings en route to its season-high fourth consecutive victory. Ortiz (1-1) limited the Giants to a run on six hits in his second major-league start since 2011.

Vogelsong was tagged for eight runs - three earned - on six hits in his shortest outing since making a relief appearance April 18, 2011 against Colorado. Angel Pagan finished with three hits for the Giants, who had won their first four series against Toronto.

Trailing 1-0, Toronto took advantage of a pair of San Francisco errors to vault ahead in the first. Jose Bautista reached after Marco Scutaro botched a pop up in shallow right field, and he and Edwin Encarnacion scored when Arencibia's sinking liner deflected off Pagan's glove and rolled into left-center.

Lind followed with a two-run blast to the right-field seats, and Arencibia went deep to left in the second as the Jays opened up a 10-1 advantage through three frames. Ortiz silenced the Giants from there, allowing two runners past first base after the opening inning.
