Tampa Bay at NY Rangers 7:00 PM ET
Ryan Callahan haunted his former team in their first two meetings and the Tampa Bay Lightning right wing looks to continue that success when he visits the New York Rangers on Monday. Callahan, acquired from the Rangers in a deal for Martin St. Louis at the trade deadline last season, posted four goals and an assist in two wins over New York within 10 days. The Rangers’ only losses among their last six games have come against Tampa Bay, including a 5-1 rout at home Nov. 17.
Florida at Columbus 7:00 PM ET
The Columbus Blue Jackets haven't had reason to smile after dropping six in a row (0-5-1) and 15 of their last 17 (2-13-2), but a date with the Florida Panthers always seems to brighten their spirits. The Blue Jackets look to end their recent troubles when they vie for their ninth consecutive victory against the visiting Panthers on Monday. Ryan Johansen scored a power-play goal and Curtis McElhinney turned aside 40 shots, but Columbus suffered a 2-1 setback to Nashville on Saturday.
Montreal at Colorado 9:00 PM ET
The Montreal Canadiens attempt to snap their three-game winless streak when they begin a four-game road trip against the Colorado Avalanche on Monday. Montreal has followed a stretch of eight victories in nine contests with three straight losses, including both ends of a home-and-home series with lowly Buffalo. After being blanked on the road by the New York Rangers, the Canadiens dropped a 2-1 road decision to the Sabres on Friday before falling 4-3 in a shootout in the home rematch.
Arizona at Edmonton 9:30 PM ET
After getting shut out against one Alberta representative, the Arizona Coyotes look to continue their good fortune against the other when they visit the reeling Edmonton Oilers on Monday. Arizona suffered its third straight loss with a 3-0 setback to Calgary on Saturday but has enjoyed success versus Edmonton this season.
Boston at Anaheim 10:00 PM ET
The Boston Bruins kick off a four-game road trip when they visit the Anaheim Ducks on Monday. Boston is coming off a mediocre three-game homestand on which it posted a 1-1-1 record. After being shut out by Montreal and dropping an overtime decision to Pittsburgh, the Bruins salvaged the finale with a 2-1 triumph over Winnipeg on Friday as defenseman Dougie Hamilton set up Milan Lucic's tying goal in the third period before scoring 3:39 into the extra session.
