The New Jersey Devils can keep their playoff hopes alive by continuing their point streak when they host the Calgary Flames on Monday. New Jersey has points in its last seven games (4-0-3) and trails the Columbus Blue Jackets by three for the final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference. The Flames are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs but are riding a two-game winning streak as they conclude a five-game road trip.
Minnesota at Winnipeg 8:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Wild look to move closer to clinching a postseason berth when they conclude the road portion of their regular-season schedule against the Winnipeg Jets on Monday. Minnesota is five points ahead of Dallas for the first wild-card spot in the Western Conference and six in front of Phoenix with four games remaining.
Anaheim at Vancouver 10:00 PM ET
One night after wasting an opportunity to increase their division lead, the Anaheim Ducks get another chance when they visit the Vancouver Canucks on Monday. Anaheim entered Sunday with a one-point lead over San Jose in the Pacific and two games in hand, but it failed to take advantage of a lesser opponent and dropped a 4-2 decision at Edmonton.
