The Minnesota Wild look to secure a spot in the postseason Monday, when they face off against the Winnipeg Jets in their final home game of the regular season. Minnesota, which has a four-point lead atop the wild-card standings in the Western Conference, can clinch a playoff berth with a regulation victory over Winnipeg.

The Los Angeles Kings have clawed their way into the second wild card in the Western Conference but face a daunting closing stretch as they open a three-game road trip at the Vancouver Canucks on Monday. The reigning Stanley Cup champions are level on points with Winnipeg for the final playoff slot and trail Pacific Division rivals Calgary and Vancouver by one and three points, respectively.
Dallas at San Jose 10:30 PM ET
Two teams on the verge of being eliminated from postseason contention face off Monday as the San Jose Sharks conclude the home portion of their regular-season schedule against the Dallas Stars. San Jose is five points behind Los Angeles for the second wild-card spot in the Western Conference while Dallas trails the Kings by six.
