Carolina at Ottawa 7:30 PM ET
The Carolina Hurricanes attempt to complete a sweep of the three-game season series when they visit the Ottawa Senators on Monday. Carolina skated to a 4-1 triumph over Ottawa on Nov. 24 and posted a 6-3 victory on Jan. 25 - both at home. Captain Eric Staal and Manny Malhotra each have recorded two goals and two assists for the Hurricanes, while Kyle Turris tallied twice for the Senators.
Florida at New Jersey 7:30 PM ET
Patrik Elias has done the math, and it doesn't add up well for the New Jersey Devils. After suffering its second straight shootout loss and 10th in as many situations this season, New Jersey looks to keep alive its slim postseason hopes when it hosts the Florida Panthers on Monday. "Even if we were just .500 on those, we'd have an extra four or five points and we wouldn't be in this situation," Elias said following the Devils' 2-1 setback to the New York Islanders on Saturday.
Winnipeg at Anaheim 10:00 PM ET
The Anaheim Ducks attempt to extend their lead in the Pacific Division when they host the Winnipeg Jets on Monday. Anaheim owns a one-point advantage over San Jose in the Pacific and has its sights set on bigger things as it trails St. Louis by three points for the top spot in the Western Conference and Boston by six in the race for the Presidents' Trophy.
Minnesota at Los Angeles 10:00 PM ET
Although the Los Angeles Kings are resting comfortably in sixth place in the Western Conference standings, they can play a significant role in deciding the wild-card representatives. Red-hot Los Angeles vies for its seventh win in a row on Monday, when it hosts the Minnesota Wild. The Kings conclude their three-game homestand with a date against Phoenix, which resides three points behind the seventh-place Wild.
