Minnesota at NY Islanders 7:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Wild attempt to extend their franchise-record road winning streak to 10 games when they visit the New York Islanders on Tuesday. Minnesota set a club mark with its 21st victory away from home on Monday as former Islander Thomas Vanek recorded a goal and an assist in a 2-1 triumph at Toronto. It was the fourth win in five overall contests for the Wild, who are one point ahead of Winnipeg for the first wild-card spot in the Western Conference.
Los Angeles at NY Rangers 7:00 PM ET
The New York Rangers made a statement with a resounding win over the top team in the West and look to continue their torrid stretch when they host the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday in a rematch of last season's Stanley Cup final. New York improved to 7-1-0 in its last eight games after dismantling Anaheim 7-2 on Sunday in a showdown for the league's best record. It marked the 10th consecutive game in which the Metropolitan Division-leading Rangers have yielded two goals or fewer.
St. Louis at Pittsburgh 7:00 PM ET
The St. Louis Blues look to finish their six-game road trip on a high note when they visit the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday. St. Louis opened the trek with consecutive victories before falling for the third straight time (0-1-2) with a 2-1 overtime loss to Detroit on Sunday afternoon. Alex Steen scored the Blues' lone goal versus the Red Wings but has just one in 17 career meetings with the Penguins.
Anaheim at Columbus 7:00 PM ET
Coach Bruce Boudreau admitted the Anaheim Ducks looked more like a cellar-dwelling club than a Presidents' Trophy contender in their last contest. After seeing their four-game winning streak come to an end by allowing seven goals in a lopsided loss, the Ducks look to rebound when they continue their five-game road trip against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday.
Arizona at Detroit 7:30 PM ET
Coming off a much-needed victory to strengthen their hold on third place in the Atlantic Division, the Detroit Red Wings continue their four-game homestand against the woeful Arizona Coyotes on Tuesday night. The Red Wings squeezed out a 2-1 overtime win over Central Division-leading St. Louis on Sunday afternoon to stop a slide that had seen them drop six of their previous eight games. "You get sick and tired of losing, especially when you're not used to it," coach Mike Babcock said.
Florida at Tampa Bay 7:30 PM ET
The Florida Panthers begin a five-game road trip that likely will decide their postseason fate with a Sunshine State showdown against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday. The Panthers reside five points behind Ottawa for the second wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference after going 5-2-0 in their last seven. The Lightning are two points behind first-place Montreal in the Atlantic Division and have gone 7-1-1 since losing at Florida on March 1.
Montreal at Nashville 8:00 PM ET
The Montreal Canadiens attempt to maintain at least a share of the league lead in points when they visit the Nashville Predators on Tuesday. Montreal enters the matchup with a three-game winning streak that has catapulted it into a tie with Anaheim and the New York Rangers for first place in the race for the Presidents' Trophy.
Winnipeg at Vancouver 10:00 PM ET
The Winnipeg Jets look to set a season high with their sixth consecutive victory when they visit the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday. Winnipeg matched its longest winning streak of the campaign Monday with a 4-1 triumph at Edmonton as defenseman Tyler Myers and Michael Frolik scored power-play goals while Ondrej Pavelec made 33 saves en route to his fifth straight win.
