Columbus at Toronto 7:00 PM ET
Frustrated by an inability to protect third-period leads in back-to-back overtime road losses, the Toronto Maple Leafs look to remedy that trend when they return home to host the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday night. "We'd like to have won both hockey games in our minds, but this is the way it goes," Toronto coach Randy Carlyle said of the consecutive defeats.
Buffalo at Dallas 8:00 PM ET
The fallout from a disastrous season continues for the Buffalo Sabres, who will play their first game since the stunning departure of Pat LaFontaine when they visit the Dallas Stars on Monday. LaFontaine resigned as the team's director of hockey operations on Saturday, a move that came one day after Buffalo sent star goaltender Ryan Miller packing in a blockbuster trade with St. Louis.
Calgary at Minnesota 8:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Wild attempt to extend their winning streak to a season-high five games when they host the Calgary Flames on Monday. Minnesota has not lost in regulation since Jan. 30, going 4-0-1 since dropping a 5-4 decision at Colorado, and has earned at least one point in eight of its last nine contests (6-1-2).
Montreal at Los Angeles 10:30 PM ET
The Montreal Canadiens look to extend their point streak to seven contests as they begin a four-game road trip against the Los Angeles Kings on Monday. Montreal improved to 5-0-1 in its last six games with a 4-3 overtime triumph over visiting Toronto on Saturday. Max Pacioretty completed his eighth multi-goal performance of the season - and second against the Maple Leafs - by netting his second of the night during a power play at 3:28 of the extra session.
