Arizona at Montreal 1:00 PM ET
The Montreal Canadiens can match their season-high winning streak of six games when they host the struggling Arizona Coyotes in a Sunday matinee. The Canadiens come in off consecutive 1-0 victories, including Saturday afternoon’s overtime triumph against Washington, and have surrendered three goals in their last four contests. All-Star Carey Price was in net for the last four wins, but he could give way to Dustin Tokarski in the second contest of back-to-back games for both teams.
St. Louis at Washington 1:00 PM ET
The St. Louis Blues are flying high on the strength of a four-game winning streak and a sizzling 9-0-1 stretch to move within two points of first place in the Central Division. The red-hot Blues look to continue their good fortune when they visit the Washington Capitals on Sunday afternoon. All-Star defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk has scored the decisive shootout goal in each of the last two contests, a 5-4 victory over Central-leading Nashville and a 3-2 decision over Carolina the following night.
Nashville at Pittsburgh 2:00 PM ET
James Neal insists that he's more interested in getting his current team back on track as opposed to gaining any additional incentive out of visiting the city he used to call his NHL home for three-plus seasons. Acquired for Patric Hornqvist and Nick Spaling in a draft-day trade, Neal aims to help the Nashville Predators snap their two-game winless streak when they visit the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday.
Minnesota at Vancouver 3:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Wild and Vancouver Canucks meet for the first of three February matchups Sunday at Rogers Arena. The Wild are attempting to climb back into the playoff race with points in five of their last six games as they wrap up a four-game road trip. Vancouver is two contests into a six-game homestand as it tries to improve on a 6-6-0 record in January.
