NY Rangers at Pittsburgh 12:30 PM ET
The New York Rangers answered back-to-back shutouts by scoring just enough to post their 14th victory in 17 games. The Rangers likely will need a bit more than the two goals they received in their last contest when they visit the high-octane Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday afternoon to conclude the regular-season series. Chris Kreider scored midway into the second period for his third game-winning goal in the last seven contests as New York skated to a 2-1 triumph over Columbus on Friday.
Dallas at Chicago 6:00 PM ET
The Chicago Blackhawks have been rather sluggish since the start of the calendar year, losing four of seven to relinquish the Central Division lead. The Blackhawks look to get back on track and defeat the Dallas Stars for the fourth time in as many meetings this season when the clubs compete at the United Center on Sunday. Brandon Saad, who has scored twice against Dallas this season, netted his third goal in three games in Chicago's 4-2 setback to Winnipeg on Friday.
Arizona at Winnipeg 7:00 PM ET
The Winnipeg Jets vie for their season-high fourth consecutive victory when they host the Arizona Coyotes on Sunday. Winnipeg, which won three in a row from Nov. 1-4, matched that streak with a 4-2 triumph at Chicago on Friday. Bryan Little, captain Andrew Ladd and defenseman Zach Bogosian each recorded a goal and an assist as the Jets improved to 3-0-0 in the Windy City this season.
Buffalo at Detroit 8:00 PM ET
The Detroit Red Wings look to win for the sixth time in seven games when they host the offensively-challenged Buffalo Sabres on Sunday. Tomas Tatar scored twice and added an assist as the Red Wings defeated red-hot Nashville 5-2 on Saturday to remain in a virtual tie with Montreal for second in the Atlantic Division – even for the third-most points (59) in the Eastern Conference. Buffalo has dropped 10 straight games – all in regulation – and scored a total of 12 goals in that span.
