The Washington Capitals attempt to make their first losing streak of the season a brief one when they continue their five-game road trip Tuesday against the Boston Bruins. Washington began its season-high trek in search of a 10th consecutive victory but fell 4-2 at Carolina on Thursday and dropped a 5-4 decision in a shootout at Columbus two days later, giving it back-to-back defeats for the first time in 2015-16.
Florida at Buffalo 7:00 PM ET
The Florida Panthers look to extend their franchise-record winning streak to 10 contests when they begin a six-game road trip against the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday. The Panthers completed a perfect six-game homestand with Sunday’s 2-1 triumph over Minnesota and have won eight of their last 10 on the road to seize first place in the Atlantic Division.
Dallas at NY Rangers 7:00 PM ET
The league-leading Dallas Stars look to avoid a winless three-game road trip and halt their first losing streak of the season when they visit the New York Rangers for the finale on Tuesday. Dallas dropped to 0-2-2 in its last four contests away from home by beginning its trek with losses to New Jersey in overtime and the New York Islanders.

With three goals in as many games, Artem Anisimov is on the fast track to a career season in his first campaign with the Chicago Blackhawks. The 6-4 Anisimov looks to continue his surge as the visiting Blackhawks vie for their fourth straight win on Tuesday when they open a home-and-home series with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Columbus Blue Jackets haven't had much reason to smile this season, but knocking down a few NHL heavyweights to complete a perfect three-game homestand very well could do the trick. The Metropolitan Division cellar-dwelling Blue Jackets will look to do precisely that when they host the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday.

The Winnipeg Jets attempt to even their record on their five-game road trip when they visit the Central Division-rival Nashville Predators on Tuesday. Winnipeg fell to 1-2-0 on the trek with a 4-1 setback at Anaheim on Sunday and has dropped 13 of its last 15 away from home.
Tampa Bay at Calgary 9:00 PM ET
