Preview Roundups
December 04, 2016
Kansas City at Atlanta 1:00 PM ET

The Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Falcons are in position to make the playoffs, and both hope to solidify their standing in the teams’ first meeting since 2012 on Sunday in Atlanta. The Falcons hold a one-game lead over Tampa Bay in the NFC South, while Kansas City is fighting for position in the AFC wild-card race while also trying to keep pace in the AFC West.

Miami at Baltimore 1:00 PM ET
The Miami Dolphins' six-game winning streak has been built on a threat of a potent ground attack, but Jay Ajayi could find yards hard to come by against the host Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Ajayi has rushed for 730 yards and five touchdowns during the win streak heading into his tilt with the AFC North co-leading Ravens, who boast the league's top-ranked rush defense (74.9 yards per game).
San Francisco at Chicago 1:00 PM ET
Colin Kaepernick showed signs of returning to his perch as one of the most explosive quarterbacks in the league last week, throwing for 296 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 113 yards, but San Francisco ran out of time in falling at Miami for its 10th straight loss. The 49ers look to snap their skid when they visit the Chicago Bears, who have lost three straight, on Sunday in a matchup of two of the NFL's worst teams
Philadelphia at Cincinnati 1:00 PM ET
The Philadelphia Eagles have followed a promising start to the season by losing five of their last six overall while limping to a 1-5 mark away from home. The Eagles look to get untracked against another struggling team on Sunday when they visit the Cincinnati Bengals.
Houston at Green Bay 1:00 PM ET
The Green Bay Packers are looking at a very slim margin for error if they hope to return to the playoffs, and the injury situation is not making life any easier. The Houston Texans, who visit the Packers on Sunday, are in a better spot as the leaders of the AFC South but did not do themselves any favors with losses in each of their last two games.
Denver at Jacksonville 1:00 PM ET
After enjoying his best statistical performance of his young career last week, Trevor Siemian is uncertain if he'll be under center on Sunday as the Denver Broncos visit the skidding Jacksonville Jaguars. Siemian threw for a personal-best 368 yards and three touchdowns in a 30-27 loss to Kansas City, but sustained a foot injury on the first possession of overtime that has prevented him from practicing on Wednesday and Thursday.
Los Angeles at New England 1:00 PM ET
Tom Brady can become the all-time winningest quarterback in NFL history on Sunday, but he will have to do so without his favorite receiving target. Brady and the New England Patriots host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday without the services of tight end Rob Gronkowski after reports emerged Thursday that he will undergo back surgery.
Detroit at New Orleans 1:00 PM ET

The Detroit Lions haven’t won a division title since 1993, but they can pad their NFC North lead with a victory on Sunday against the host New Orleans Saints. The Lions have won three straight and six of their last seven, while the Saints hope to build off last week’s rout of Los Angeles and improve their standing in the playoff picture.

Buffalo at Oakland 4:05 PM ET
With their first winning record in 14 years secured, the Oakland Raiders are moving closer toward reaching the postseason for the first time since that 2002 campaign. Oakland hopes to maintain its lead in the AFC West on Sunday as it attempts to continue its home dominance over the Buffalo Bills in a matchup of two teams riding winning streaks and aiming to end the two longest playoff droughts in the NFL.
Washington at Arizona 4:25 PM ET
The Washington Redskins missed their big chance to make a run at the NFC East title when they fell in Dallas on Thanksgiving, but a wild-card spot still is there for the taking. The Arizona Cardinals, who host the Redskins on Sunday, are on the outside of the playoff picture looking in and already may have done too much damage with losses in three of their last four games.
N.Y. Giants at Pittsburgh 4:25 PM ET
Two of the league's elite wide receivers will be in the spotlight when the Pittsburgh Steelers host the streaking New York Giants on Sunday afternoon. Both New York's Odell Beckham Jr. and Pittsburgh's Antonio Brown are coming off superb performances last week to keep their respective teams in the hunt for a division title.
Tampa Bay at San Diego 4:25 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers refuse to give up on their quest for the top spot in the NFC South despite a losing record at home and a negative point differential. Tampa Bay, which also is in the hunt for a wild card, attempts to extend a pair of winning streaks and at worst remain one game back in the division when they visit the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.
Carolina at Seattle 8:30 PM ET
The Carolina Panthers may have to run the table to have a chance to return to the postseason as they prepare to visit the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night in a matchup of the past two Super Bowl losers. Carolina, which finished 15-1 last season. is coming off a 35-32 loss at Oakland last week to drop into last place in the AFC South with a 4-7 mark.
