No. 23 Florida State, which is riding a six-game winning streak, hosts Samford on Monday afternoon in its final game before diving into ACC play on Dec. 28 against Wake Forest. The Seminoles, who defeated Manhattan 83-66 on Saturday, are off to their best start since the 2003-04 season and will look to keep it going against the Bulldogs, who defeated South Alabama 82-79 on Friday night to end a 14-game losing streak against the Jaguars.
Western Illinois at Purdue 6:00 PM ET
Purdue's recipe for success usually includes 7-2, 290-pound Isaac Haas and 6-9, 250-pound Caleb Swanigan bludgeoning opponents inside, but the program's most recent triumph showed it knows more than one way to win. Coming off their most impressive victory of the season, the 16th-ranked Boilermakers eye a fifth consecutive win Monday when they host Western Illinois.
St. Francis (PA) at Marquette 7:00 PM ET
With nine days to recover from the loss to instate rival No. 17 Wisconsin that ended its five-game win streak, Marquette will try to get things going back in the right direction Monday against visiting St. Francis (Pa.). The Golden Eagles were done in by their old nemesis - poor defense - in falling to Badgers, but should find the matchup with the Red Flash more to their liking.
Eastern Michigan at Syracuse 7:00 PM ET
A once-promising season is quickly unraveling for Syracuse. The Orange, who began the season in the top 25, try to avoid their fifth loss in seven games Monday when they host Eastern Michigan.
Colgate at Notre Dame 7:00 PM ET
No. 21 Notre Dame returns to Purcell Pavilion after two neutral site contests to face Colgate in the team’s final game before the Christmas holiday break. In the latest contest, the Fighting Irish dropped an 86-81 decision to No. 16 Purdue on Saturday at the Crossroads Classic in Indianapolis.

Duke already looks every bit like a national championship contender – if not the favorite – and the fourth-ranked Blue Devils are still waiting on one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle to slide into place. That might happen when the Blue Devils host Tennessee State on Monday, as freshman Harry Giles could make his highly-anticipated debut.

Charleston at Louisiana State 8:00 PM ET
LSU looks to stay unbeaten at home when it faces Charleston on Monday. The Tigers have won six consecutive games at home in 2016-17, including an 88-80 victory over Texas Southern on Saturday, to improve to 21-1 in non-conference games in Baton Rouge since the start of the 2014-15 season.

Ninth-ranked Indiana looks to ease the pain of its second loss of the season quickly when Delaware State of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference pays a visit on Monday night. The Hoosiers got off to a slow start and their second-half rally fell short in an 83-78 loss to No. 18 Butler at the Crossroads Classic on Saturday in Indianapolis, ending a five-game winning streak.
McNeese St. at Tulane 8:00 PM ET
Tulane returns to the court after more than a week away and will look to extend its current two-game winning streak when it hosts McNeese State on Monday night. The Green Wave had a nine-game break between games while the Cowboys have dropped four straight.
Bradley at Mississippi 9:00 PM ET
Ole Miss is tantalizingly close to reaching the .500 mark all-time - and will look to inch even closer as it resumes its four-game homestand Monday night against Bradley. The Rebels opened its home stretch with a 78-73 victory over Murray State on Thursday, and will aim to build momentum heading into its SEC opener against powerhouse Kentucky at month's end.
Mississippi St. at Southern Miss 9:00 PM ET
Mississippi State coach Ben Howland wasn't surprised that his young team lacked energy last time out, but he hopes his players will use the narrow loss as a learning experience heading into Monday's encounter with Southern Miss at the Capital City Showdown in Jackson, Miss. The Bulldogs came out flat, rallied late and ultimately fell short in a 67-65 loss to East Tennessee State.
SE Missouri St. at DePaul 9:00 PM ET
DePaul will enter Monday's Las Vegas Classic game against visiting Southeast Missouri State feeling as good as it has all season after Saturday's offensive explosion. The Blue Demons shook off a devastating loss to UIC by putting up 109 points against Chicago State and will look to add another home victory before heading to Las Vegas to finish the tournament.
Colorado at Air Force 9:00 PM ET
Colorado makes the short trip down I-25 on Monday night to face in-state rival Air Force. And even though the Buffaloes come in off a 10-point win on Saturday, its Buffaloes coach Tad Boyle who sounds more upset coming into this one than Air Force coach Dave Pilipovich, whose squad has dropped five of its last six games.

After playing one game in the last 15 days due to final exams, Stanford faces another tough test Monday as the Cardinal visit SMU in a key non-conference matchup for both teams. The Mustangs are 7-0 at home and have won four in a row following back-to-back losses to USC and Boise State.

USC point guard Jordan McLaughlin began the season under the national radar, but he’s a big reason why the Trojans are off to their best start since 1971. McLaughlin looks to help maintain USC’s perfect record on Monday as the Trojans face visiting Cornell, which was picked to finish seventh in the Ivy League preseason media poll.
