Preview Roundups
January 21, 2018
Boston College at Louisville 12:00 PM ET
Even with an up-and-coming backcourt, little was expected this season from a Boston College team that had won a total of two conference games in two years and no more than four in any of the previous four seasons. However, Jerome Robinson and Ky Bowman appear to be on track to change the perception of the Eagles, who eye their first league road win in nearly three years Sunday when they visit Louisville.
Miami-Florida at NC State 12:00 PM ET
After blowing a 13-point second-half lead and scoring just nine in the final eight minutes of an 83-75 loss to fifth-ranked Duke, No. 23 Miami had nearly a week to stew about that performance before paying a Sunday afternoon visit to North Carolina State. This will be the Wolfpack's third ranked opponent in their last four ACC home games and a win over Miami would make this N.C. State team the first since 2003-04 to win four regular-season contests over ranked opponents.
Rutgers at Michigan 12:00 PM ET
No. 24 Michigan looks to bounce back from a humbling loss when it hosts Rutgers on Sunday afternoon. The Wolverines dropped a disappointing 72-52 decision to Nebraska - their first loss to the Cornhuskers in 11 all-time meetings - on Thursday after entering the Top 25 for the first time this season and hope to get back on track by beating the Scarlet Knights for the 10th consecutive time.
Virginia at Wake Forest 6:00 PM ET
No. 2 Virginia hopes to avoid looking ahead to a pair of games against ranked teams next week when it goes after a 10th straight victory Sunday night at struggling Wake Forest in an ACC contest. The Cavaliers are off to a 6-0 start in the league for the first time since 2014-15 with a stingy defense that has allowed 52.6 points per contest to lead the nation, after stifling Georgia Tech in a 64-48 road victory Thursday.
Washington St. at Utah 8:00 PM ET

Utah renewed its commitment to defense Thursday, and it showed in the form of a 70-62 win over Washington. Three days later, the Utes will try for a two-game home sweep when they host Washington State on Sunday night.
