December 06, 2016
Orlando at Washington 7:00 PM ET
After a winless homestand against teams with losing records, the Orlando Magic have surprisingly found their footing on the road. They will try to keep the momentum through the finale of the trip when they visit the Washington Wizards on Tuesday.
New York at Miami 7:30 PM ET
The Miami Heat came up just short in their quest for a sweep of a three-game road trip but remain confident with Hassan Whiteside dominating in the middle. The Heat will make a brief pit stop at home to host the New York Knicks on Tuesday before embarking on another three-game trip.
Chicago at Detroit 7:30 PM ET
The Chicago Bulls will have point guard Rajon Rondo back in the lineup when they visit the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. Rondo was suspended one game for reportedly having a heated verbal exchange with an assistant coach, and the shorthanded Bulls were unable to finish a late rally in falling 112-110 to Portland at home Monday night.
Philadelphia at Memphis 8:00 PM ET
Marc Gasol is carrying the Memphis Grizzlies through a stretch of injuries and the center looks to help the club to its fourth straight victory when it hosts the woeful Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday. Gasol had one of the top all-around games of his career with 28 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists as the Grizzlies registered a 110-108 double-overtime win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday.
San Antonio at Minnesota 8:00 PM ET
The San Antonio Spurs still are undefeated on the road after surviving a close call and look to improve to 13-0 on enemy floors when they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday. San Antonio overcame a 15-point, third-quarter deficit to post a 97-96 victory at Milwaukee on Monday to remain the lone undefeated NBA team on the road this season.
Phoenix at Utah 9:00 PM ET
Gordon Hayward is putting together an All-Star caliber season and he looks to record his ninth consecutive 20-point outing when the Utah Jazz host the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday. Hayward is averaging 26.6 points during the stretch and the Jazz also are soaring with six victories in the past seven games.
