L.A. Lakers at Atlanta 7:30 PM ET
Kobe Bryant is putting up scoring numbers at a pace that matches up with the best years of his career, but his team is on pace for the worst campaign of his tenure. Bryant will try to drag the Los Angeles Lakers to a second victory when they visit the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday. The Hawks had a four-game winning streak come to an end in a bad loss at Cleveland on Saturday but have yet to fall at home.
New York at Milwaukee 8:00 PM ET
After the end of a long losing streak, New York looks to put together consecutive wins when it visits Milwaukee on Tuesday in the opener of a two-game road trip. The Knicks suffered five single-digit losses during a seven-game slide - including a buzzer-beater setback against Utah on Friday - before finally snapping out of it with a 109-93 victory over Denver on Sunday. Carmelo Anthony, who had 46 points in Friday's loss, led the way with 28 points and nine rebounds in the slump-busting win.
Oklahoma City at Utah 9:00 PM ET
Oklahoma City was going to struggle to score points with superstars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook out with injuries, but the depths of the club's current struggles are quite remarkable. The shorthanded Thunder hit the road again looking to find some answers when they visit Utah on Tuesday in the first of two away from home. Oklahoma City shot 29.4 percent while matching the lowest-scoring output in franchise history in Sunday's embarrassing 69-65 home loss to Houston.
New Orleans at Sacramento 10:00 PM ET
Two teams familiar with blowing leads will try to end that trend Tuesday night when the Sacramento Kings host the New Orleans Pelicans. The Kings gave away leads of 24 and 26 points last week in losses to the Dallas Mavericks and Memphis Grizzlies but bounced back with a 94-91 win Saturday night against the defending NBA champion San Antonio Spurs. The Pelicans let a 15-point fourth-quarter lead slip away in a nine-point loss at the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night.
