The young Minnesota Timberwolves are turning some heads and gaining a lot of respect lately, it just isn’t adding up to a lot of wins. The Timberwolves will try to pull out of a four-game skid when they visit the Miami Heat on Tuesday.

The Charlotte Hornets look to defeat New York for the second time in seven days when they visit the Knicks on Tuesday. New York led by 10 points after three quarters last Wednesday but Charlotte rallied and posted a 95-93 victory on forward Cody Zeller's layup with 0.6 seconds remaining.
Denver at New Orleans 8:00 PM ET
The New Orleans Pelicans have been unable to emerge from a slow start and take another shot at doing so when they host the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. The Pelicans were a Western Conference playoff team last season but are facing an uphill battle this season after losing nine of their first 10 games.
Toronto at Golden State 10:30 PM ET
The Golden State Warriors look to add to their torrid start when they host the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday. Golden State is just the 11th team in NBA history to start a season with 11 consecutive victories as it appears intent on defending last season's NBA title.
