Preview Roundups
November 08, 2015
Indiana at Cleveland 3:30 PM ET
The Indiana Pacers have won three straight games after dropping the first three and will get another test to see where they stack up in the Eastern Conference when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday. Indiana’s turnaround has come largely at the defensive end, though Paul George regaining his All-Star form is helping as well.
L.A. Lakers at New York 3:30 PM ET
It was just like the old days for the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, with Kobe Bryant leading the team in scoring in a victory. Bryant will try to find the magic again at Madison Square Garden when the Lakers visit the New York Knicks on Sunday.
Toronto at Miami 6:00 PM ET
The Miami Heat have exchanged wins and losses thus far on the young season, but may soon have a chance to begin putting together some winning streaks with a home-heavy portion of the schedule. The Heat play their next seven games at home - their longest stretch of the season - and 20 of 29 at AmericanAirlines Arena, beginning with Sunday's meeting with Toronto.
Phoenix at Oklahoma City 7:00 PM ET
The Oklahoma City Thunder are losers of three in a row and will try to snap out of the slide when they return home to host the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. The Thunder began the season with three straight wins but have since fallen on hard times while struggling to close out games on both ends.
Detroit at Portland 9:00 PM ET
The Portland Trail Blazers’ new lineup is proving to be just as capable of putting up points as its old squad, and wins are coming along as well. The Trail Blazers will try to earn their fourth straight win when they host the Detroit Pistons on Sunday.
