Preview Roundups
November 04, 2015
Boston at Indiana 7:00 PM ET
The Indiana Pacers have removed themselves from the ranks of the winless, and they did so in impressive fashion. The Pacers will now aim for their first winning streak of the season when they host the Boston Celtics on Wednesday in the second half of a back-to-back.
San Antonio at Washington 7:00 PM ET
The San Antonio Spurs took the first two of their three-game road trip thanks to a strong defense and will try to make it a clean sweep when they visit the Washington Wizards on Wednesday. The Spurs are winners of three in a row overall and have held those three opponents to an average of 82 points.
Brooklyn at Atlanta 8:00 PM ET
Since a lackluster performance in their season opener, the Atlanta Hawks have resembled the team that reached the Eastern Conference finals last season. Solid defense and balanced offense – sparked by outstanding play from point guard Jeff Teague – have resulted in four consecutive victories for the Hawks, who host the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday in a rematch of a first-round playoff series last spring won by Atlanta in six games.
New York at Cleveland 8:00 PM ET
The New York Knicks won only 17 games in the 2014-15 season but were surprisingly tough on the Eastern Conference-champion Cleveland Cavaliers. The Knicks will try to hang with the Cavaliers again when they visit LeBron James and company on Wednesday.
Orlando at Houston 8:00 PM ET
James Harden has emerged from a season-opening slump and attempts to have his second straight standout game when the Houston Rockets host the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. Harden shot just 22.2 percent from the field in Houston's first three games before breaking out with a season-high 37-point performance in Monday's victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Philadelphia at Milwaukee 8:00 PM ET
The Milwaukee Bucks earned their first win on Monday and are set to get even better with the return of Jabari Parker. The second-year small forward will make his season debut when the Bucks host the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.
Toronto at Oklahoma City 8:00 PM ET
The Toronto Raptors are 4-0 for the first time in franchise history and look to remain unbeaten when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday. Toronto controlled the fourth quarter on Tuesday while recording a 102-91 road victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
Sacramento at Phoenix 9:00 PM ET
Eric Bledsoe is off to a strong start and will attempt to record his third 20-point outing in four games when the Phoenix Suns host the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. Bledsoe is averaging 21 points and five assists, topped by a 33-point outing against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday.
Portland at Utah 9:00 PM ET
The Utah Jazz are fresh off consecutive resounding road wins as they play at home on Wednesday for the first time this season. The improving Jazz host the Portland Trail Blazers, a team trying to discover its bearings after an offseason exodus that left the team with four new starters.
L.A. Clippers at Golden State 10:30 PM ET
The Golden State Warriors endured jabs from opposing players and coaches over the summer after winning the NBA championship and have come out this season on a mission to prove they are still the best team in the league. The Warriors will try to continue their historic pace when they host one of the teams that did the most talking over the summer - the Los Angeles Clippers.
