New York at Brooklyn 8:00 PM ET
The New York Knicks and the Brooklyn Nets were both expected to represent the city in the NBA playoffs and carried lofty predictions into the 2013-2014 campaign. When the Nets host the Knicks in the final meeting between the city rivals on Tuesday, only one team will still have something for which to play. New York is closing out a disappointing playoff-less campaign while Brooklyn is battling for positioning in the Eastern Conference.
Denver at L.A. Clippers 10:30 PM ET
The Los Angeles Clippers attempt to set a franchise record for victories in a season when they visit the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. Los Angeles matched the record of 56 wins set last season with Saturday’s 117-101 victory over the Sacramento Kings and can break the mark with a victory in either of its last two games. The Clippers will be the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference if they lose once more or if Oklahoma City wins its final game.
