Preview Roundups
April 07, 2015
Phoenix at Atlanta 7:30 PM ET
The Atlanta Hawks showed off the form that made them the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference on Saturday, but it came at a price. The Hawks will be without All-Star forward Paul Millsap (shoulder) when they host the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday.
Charlotte at Miami 7:30 PM ET
Both Charlotte and Miami are sitting outside of the postseason and both squads will also have ailing players when the Hornets visit the Heat on Tuesday. Miami is tied for ninth place in the Eastern Conference and Charlotte is a half-game further back as both teams fight to be one of the eight teams that crash the playoffs in the East.
Golden State at New Orleans 8:00 PM ET
The Golden State Warriors found out on Sunday that they may have some holes to fill before the start of the playoffs. The New Orleans Pelicans, who host the Warriors on Tuesday, are hoping some of those holes stay open a little longer.
San Antonio at Oklahoma City 8:00 PM ET
The Oklahoma City Thunder are trying to hold on to the final playoff spot in the Western Conference as they entertain the visiting San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday. Oklahoma City has suffered three straight defeats and stands just a half-game ahead of the New Orleans Pelicans with five games remaining.
Minnesota at Sacramento 10:00 PM ET
DeMarcus Cousins is making sure the Sacramento Kings don’t go down without a fight, but the All-Star center is not getting much help. The Kings will try to snap a five-game slide when they host the lowly Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.
L.A. Lakers at L.A. Clippers 10:30 PM ET
The Los Angeles Clippers put a beat down on the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday and receive another opportunity on Tuesday when they are the designated home team in the one-sided series. The Clippers led by as many as 43 points while posting a 106-78 victory, and another win will give them a season sweep of the four-game series.
