The Raptors will try to begin another streak and keep the pressure on the Cleveland Cavaliers for the top spot in the Eastern Conference when they host the Brooklyn Nets on Monday.

The San Antonio Spurs haven't lost back-to-back games all season and attempt to make sure that doesn't happen this time either when they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday. San Antonio dropped a 99-91 decision to the Indiana Pacers on Monday to end an eight-game winning streak but still possesses the best 63-game start in franchise history.

Carmelo Anthony and Arron Afflalo make the trip back to Denver when the New York Knicks visit the Nuggets on Tuesday. Anthony and Afflalo went to the playoffs together as teammates in Denver but are not having the same luck in New York as the Knicks sink toward the bottom of the Eastern Conference.

The Utah Jazz have put a five-game losing streak behind them and now look to make up ground in the Western Conference playoff race when they host the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday. Utah delivered a 106-94 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans to end its skid but finds itself 1 1/2 games behind the eighth-place Houston Rockets with just 20 games remaining.

The Portland Trail Blazers went from the hottest team in the NBA to a three-game losing streak in the span of one road trip and are happy to be heading home to host the Washington Wizards on Tuesday. The Trail Blazers had won 14 of 16 games, including the first three of the six-game trip, before falling flat over the last week.

The Los Angeles Lakers posted the most stunning upset of the NBA season in their last game and look to follow up the epic victory with another win when they host the Orlando Magic on Tuesday. Los Angeles outplayed defending champion Golden State while rolling to a 112-95 victory Sunday, handing the Warriors their sixth loss of the season.
