The New Orleans Pelicans attempt to defeat Milwaukee for the sixth
straight meeting and ninth time in the last 10 when they host the Bucks
on Saturday. Milwaukee has struggled badly when it visits New Orleans,
notching one just victory in 14 contests.

The Memphis Grizzlies are winners of four straight, and all they have to do to make it five in a row is keep the game within 20 points heading into the fourth quarter on Friday. The Minnesota Timberwolves, who host the Grizzlies on Saturday, are becoming accustomed to surrendering double-digit leads in the fourth quarter and have dropped 11 of their last 12 games.

A day after the sudden firing of head coach David Blatt, the Cleveland Cavaliers press on with a four-game homestand when they host the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night. Despite guiding the Cavaliers to the NBA Finals last season - his first at the helm - and to the top of the Eastern Conference this season, Blatt was let go and replaced by assistant Tyronn Lue.

The Atlanta Hawks had a three-game winning streak come to an end on Thursday but have a good chance to start another one on Saturday. The Phoenix Suns, who host the Hawks on Saturday, have been helping a lot of teams get off to winning streaks of late.

The Detroit Pistons are capable of beating the best team in the NBA on one night and looking like a lottery team the next. The Pistons will try to find some consistency when they continue a four-game road trip by visiting the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.

sweep and defeat Los Angeles for the seventh consecutive time when they
host the Lakers on Saturday. The success against Los Angeles is the best
Portland has enjoyed since beating the Lakers a franchise-record eight

Indiana at Sacramento 10:30 PM ET
DeMarcus Cousins is in the midst of a torrid stretch and the Sacramento
Kings aim to increase their season-best winning streak to five games
when they host the Indiana Pacers on Saturday. Cousins has posted
double-doubles in nine consecutive games and is averaging 30.9 points
and 13.8 rebounds in January.
