Isaiah Thomas will aim for an encore performance when he leads the Boston Celtics into a matchup with the visiting Utah Jazz on Tuesday. Thomas erupted for a career-high 52 points - including a franchise-record 29 in the fourth quarter - in a 117-114 win over Miami on Friday and entered Monday's action ranked fifth in the NBA in scoring (27.7).
Indiana at Detroit 7:30 PM ET
The Detroit Pistons ended 2016 with seven losses in eight games but are 1-0 in 2017 after earning a 107-98 win in Miami on Sunday. The Pistons will try to make it two straight when they return home and host the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday.
Washington at Dallas 8:30 PM ET
The Washington Wizards finally reached .500 for the first time this season and then dropped right back below it with a loss to Houston. The Wizards look to get back to the break-even mark on the second leg of the back-to-back set when they visit the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday.

Nothing is coming easy for the Toronto Raptors on their six-game road trip, but some brilliance from Kyle Lowry at least gave the team a chance to head home with a winning mark. The Raptors will try to pull off a winning trip when the competition ramps up in a visit to the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday.
Sacramento at Denver 9:00 PM ET
The Sacramento Kings are in the mix for a Western Conference playoff spot but star center DeMarcus Cousins is unhappy about the squad's performance. Cousins strongly criticized his teammates after their last defeat and the Kings will attempt to end a two-game skid when they visit the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday.
Miami at Phoenix 9:00 PM ET
The Miami Heat are attempting to end a five-game losing streak and might be facing the perfect opponent to end their skid against on Tuesday. Miami is seeking its 13th straight victory over the Phoenix Suns and also is looking for its ninth consecutive win in Phoenix.
Memphis at L.A. Lakers 10:30 PM ET
The Memphis Grizzlies are coming off the best December in franchise history and are joining the 3-pointer revolution along with the rest of the NBA under first-year head coach David Fizdale. The Grizzlies will try to pour down more 3-pointers and push their latest winning streak to three in a row when they visit the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.
