Jets 2, Lightning 1: Bryan Little scored the go-ahead goal with 4:08 remaining and Al Montoya made 28 saves as visiting Winnipeg edged Tampa Bay.

Little tallied for the first time in eight games, spinning away from Martin St. Louis at the bottom of the left faceoff circle and stuffing a shot under goaltender Anders Lindback’s pads. Eric Tangradi also scored for Winnipeg, which killed off all five Tampa Bay power plays.

Steven Stamkos scored for the Lightning 6:57 into the third period off a pass from St. Louis to tie the game. Lindback made 26 saves for Tampa Bay, which beat the Jets 8-3 at home on Feb. 1.

The Lightning failed to clear the puck near the left point and the puck caromed to Tangradi, who moved in alone to beat Lindback to the short side 10:05 into the game. Tangradi, acquired from the Pittsburgh Penguins earlier in the season, recorded his first goal since Oct. 15, 2010 – a span of 50 games.

Tampa Bay had a two-minute, 5-on-3 power-play opportunity 7:57 into the second but could not convert. Winnipeg was given a two-man advantage for 50 seconds late in the second session, and captain Andrew Ladd hit the right post before the Lightning killed it off.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Lightning LW Ryan Malone returned to the lineup after missing 13 games with a lower-body injury and contributed an assist. … Stamkos has 11 goals in the last 11 games. … Montoya improved to 3-0-0 for Winnipeg, which is 1-3-0 in the Sunshine State and visits the Florida Panthers on Friday.
