COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Vancouver Canucks right winger Jannik Hansen seems almost resigned to the fact that he won't get to play with the wondrous Sedin twins very long.

For one night, though, the combination worked wonders, blasting the Columbus Blue Jackets 5-3 in Nationwide Arena on Tuesday.

The Canucks' No. 1 line -- left winger Daniel Sedin, center Henrik Sedin and Hansen -- was explosive, totaling four goals, seven assists and a plus-11 rating.

"We'd dropped a few games (three), so you know changes are coming," Hansen said. "I was excited to be up there. But when you shake it up, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

"I'm glad it worked today. See where it goes. Hopefully we can keep it going."

Hansen, with one goal and three assists, had the first four-point game of his career. Daniel Sedin also had one goal and three assists, while Henrik Sedin had two goals and an assist.

"That line, it seems like we'll always have to rotate guys through," Vancouver coach Willie Desjardins said. "Guys have big games, and then it tends to fall off.

"Jannik fit in tonight. He's played well all year."

The Canucks came back from deficits of 1-0 and 3-2 to win, scoring the final three goals of the game in the last 10 minutes.

Canucks goaltender Jacob Markstrom, making his first start of the season following a hamstring injury in early October, had 42 saves.

"If you're looking for a reason why we were still in it, it's Markstrom," Hansen said. "He was incredible."

The Blue Jackets remain the NHL's only winless team at home. They fell to 0-6-0 in Nationwide Arena so far this season, 4-12-0 overall.

Blue Jackets left winger Boone Jenner had a goal and an assist, while defenseman Jack Johnson and right winger Cam Atkinson each had goals. Center Ryan Johansen had two assists.

Blue Jackets goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky finished with 25 saves, but he received little support in the third period.

"We find a way to lose," Blue Jackets coach John Tortorella said. "Their goals ... they were freebies. We had to work so hard to gain the lead back at 3-2, and we just gave them freebies.

"It was much too easy for them to score and get to our net."

The Blue Jackets took a 1-0 lead at 6:35 of the first period on Jenner's eighth goal of the season, scored on a power play.

Daniel Sedin and Hansen then assisted on each other's goals -- Hansen at 10:19 of the first and Sedin at 17:12 -- to give Vancouver a 2-1 lead.

The Blue Jackets salvaged a tie by the first period's end, when Johnson -- just out of the penalty box -- scored with 15.5 seconds remaining to knot it at 2-2.

Atkinson's short-handed goal -- keyed by a breakout pass from defenseman David Savard -- gave the Jackets a 3-2 lead at 8:01 of the third period, but Columbus seemed to shrink once it took the lead.

Only 2:04 after the Jackets moved in front, the Canucks responded. This time, it was Henrik Sedin who scored from close range at 10:05 off a feed from Hansen, and that goal stole the Blue Jackets' confidence.

At 14:52, center Brandon Sutter skated around Blue Jackets defenseman Ryan Murray for a wide-open look at Bobrovsky, beating him just beyond his extended left leg.

That pushed the lead to 4-3, and Henrik Sedin scored an empty-net goal with 1:39 to play to cap the scoring.

"That space of time when we go up 3-2, and in control, and momentum on our side ... the way we reacted ... I just can't explain it," Tortorella said. "That's a game we have to learn from. You have to win that game. We found a way to lose that game, and that's not a good sign."

NOTES: Vancouver LW Alexandre Burrows denied claims by New Jersey's Jordin Tootoo that Burrows used personal slurs when the two were in the penalty box together during Sunday's game in New Jersey. "Personally, I don't really think I crossed the line," Burrows told the Vancouver Sun. "What I said (to him) I've been told the same in the past and heard it many times throughout my career. I wish it had stayed on the ice where I think it belongs." ... Blue Jackets coach John Tortorella met two of his former players, Canucks C Henrik Sedin and KW Daniel Sedin, for coffee on Monday morning. "I'll always treasure those guys, no matter if I'm working in hockey or not," Tortorella said. ... Columbus LW Rene Bourque was a healthy scratch for a sixth consecutive game.
