Ducks 3, Bruins 2 (OT): Captain Ryan Getzlaf scored 3:09 into overtime after Corey Perry tied it in the final minute of regulation as visiting Anaheim sent Boston to its sixth consecutive loss.

Getzlaf unleashed a shot from the high slot that beat Tuukka Rask glove side as the Pacific Division-leading Ducks ended a two-game skid to move past St. Louis for the most points in the Western Conference. Perry scored with 38.5 seconds left in the third, Patrick Maroon also tallied and Frederik Andersen made 27 saves in the victory.

Rookie Ryan Spooner and Loui Eriksson each netted a goal for the Bruins, who moved into a tie with Ottawa for the second wild card in the Eastern Conference. David Krejci collected two assists in his first game since Feb. 20 while Rask turned aside 29 shots.

Following a scoreless opening 20 minutes, the Ducks forged ahead midway thought the second period on Maroon's brilliant individual effort. Maroon skated down left wing, went right around Boston defenseman Matt Bartkowski and rifled a shot that beat Rask top shelf.

The Bruins responded on the power play just under three minutes later as Spooner accepted a short pass from Patrice Bergeron with his back to the net, wheeled into the right circle and beat Andersen to the far corner. Boston forged ahead 27 seconds into the third as Eriksson punched home a fat rebound but Perry forced overtime with his dramatic late tally on a redirection.
