Blackhawks 4, Ducks 1: All-Star Patrick Kane scored two goals and set up another while Patrick Sharp collected four assists as Chicago improved to 2-1-0 on its season-high seven-game road trip.

Captain Jonathan Toews and defenseman Duncan Keith also tallied for the Blackhawks, who evened their mark at 6-6-0 this month. Fellow All-Star Corey Crawford turned aside 21 shots as Chicago claimed the three-game season series by posting identical 4-1 triumphs in Anaheim.

Rickard Rakell netted the lone goal for the league-leading Ducks, who have dropped two straight following a six-game winning streak. Patrick Maroon and Corey Perry each recorded an assist while Frederik Andersen, who made 29 saves, had his personal string of seven straight victories snapped.

Chicago got on the board 5 1/2 minutes into the contest as Kane made a pass from the slot to Toews, who beat Andersen to the stick side from the bottom of the right faceoff circle. Keith doubled the lead in controversial fashion at 9:16 of the second period, when his blast from the top of the left circle beat the netminder as he was run into by Toews.

Kane made it 3-0 with 4:37 left in the session, using a defenseman as a screen to beat Andersen from the top of the slot. Rakell spoiled Crawford's shutout bid midway through the third, converting a cross-slot pass from Perry during a power play, but Kane tapped in a feed from Sharp while alone on the doorstep with 6:35 remaining to seal the win.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Rakell has collected nine points (four goals) over his last eight games. ... Maroon's assist extended his point streak to six contests. ... The Ducks scored just one goal in each of their three meetings with the Blackhawks this season.
