Blue Jackets 3, Wild 1: Defenseman James Wisniewski scored the tiebreaking goal and added a pair of assists as visiting Columbus won its second in a row following a four-game losing streak.

Scott Hartnell scored one goal and set up another while Brandon Dubinsky also tallied as the Blue Jackets beat Minnesota for the fifth consecutive time. All-Star Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside 25 shots to avoid losing five straight starts in regulation for the first time in his career.

Zach Parise scored the lone goal for the Wild, who have dropped seven of nine (2-6-1). Devan Dubnyk, who won his first two starts since his acquisition from Arizona, made 20 saves in the loss.

Dubinsky accepted a long lead pass from Wisniewski and beat Dubnyk from between the faceoff circles at 7:57 of the first. Minnesota knotted it with 77 seconds left in the period as Parise tipped in captain Mikko Koivu's blast from the right point during a power play.

Bobrovsky denied Parise on a penalty shot in the second period before the Wild had a goal negated upon video review as it was ruled that Columbus had touched the puck on the delayed penalty. The Blue Jackets went ahead 5 1/2 minutes into the third as Wisniewski rammed home All-Star Nick Foligno's pass from the bottom of the right circle before Hartnell's deflection with 3:03 remaining made it 3-1.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Blue Jackets All-Star C Ryan Johansen was held off the scoresheet, ending his franchise-record point streak at 13 games. ... Wild D Ryan Suter returned from a two-game suspension and registered four shots on goal while logging a game-high 30:11 of ice time. ... The Blue Jackets activated Jack Skille from injured reserve to take the spot of fellow RW Jared Boll, who was a healthy scratch after playing in all 43 games.
