Senators 3, Bruins 2 (OT): Bobby Ryan scored 44 seconds into overtime as visiting Ottawa won its second straight contest.

After netting the shootout winner in the Senators' 3-2 victory over Boston on Dec. 13, Ryan once again delivered the deciding blow to upend the Atlantic Division rival. Ryan alertly found an unmarked Erik Karlsson in the right faceoff circle before driving toward the net, and the captain returned the favor for an easy tap-in to help Ottawa improve to 5-3-2 under the watch of interim coach Dave Cameron.

Mike Hoffman scored his team-leading 12th goal and Kyle Turris also tallied for the Senators. Clarke MacArthur notched an assist to extend his point streak to three games and Craig Anderson turned aside 26 shots.

Brad Marchand netted his team-high 11th goal and defenseman Torey Krug also scored for the reigning Presidents' Trophy-winning Bruins, who fell for the 10th time in 15 contests (5-6-4). David Krejci notched a pair of assists to extend his point streak to three games and Tuukka Rask finished with 23 saves.

Turris' sharp-angle shot from the lower edge of the left circle sailed over the blocker of Rask 12:33 into the second period to open the scoring. Krug's one-timer from the right circle beat a screened Anderson during a power play less than four minutes later and Marchand's wrist shot from the slot midway through the third gave Boston its first lead, but defenseman Eric Gryba's drive from the point banked off Hoffman's skate and between the pads of Rask with 4:15 remaining in the period to forge a 2-2 tie.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Boston rookie C Seth Griffith has scored one goal and set up two others, Krejci has recorded one tally and three assists and LW Loui Eriksson has set up four goals during their respective three-game point streaks. ... Ottawa failed on all five power-play opportunities to drop to 0-for-18 in its last seven games. ... MacArthur has collected two goals and an assist during his point streak.
