Ducks 5, Predators 2: Captain Ryan Getzlaf scored two goals and set up another as visiting Anaheim halted its three-game losing streak.

Corey Perry, Emerson Etem and Mathieu Perreault also tallied for the Ducks, who scored a total of two goals during their slide. Defenseman Hampus Lindholm recorded a pair of assists and Jonas Hiller turned aside 36 shots.

Viktor Stalberg and Mike Fisher scored for the Predators, who had their four-game point streak halted. Carter Hutton finished with 19 saves as Nashville lost both home meetings with league-leading Anaheim this season.

Stalberg opened the scoring midway through the first period by burying a rebound on the doorstep, but Anaheim surged ahead thanks to a pair of fortunate bounces. Getzlaf knotted the contest with 1:11 left in the session as his cross-ice pass attempt from along the right-wing boards was knocked out of the air and into the net by Nashville defenseman Roman Josi.

Perry was credited with a power-play goal at 11:45 of the second, when his backhand pass from the left side of the net caromed off sliding Predators blue-liner Victor Bartley and past Hutton for a 2-1 lead. Fisher drew Nashville even during a man advantage 65 seconds into the third, but Etem tipped in Lindholm's shot from the blue line at 4:51 and Perreault converted a feed from Daniel Winnik following a turnover less than 3 1/2 minutes later for a two-goal cushion.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Getzlaf capped his fourth multi-goal performance of the season with an empty-netter in the final minute. The Ducks outshot the Predators in each period, posting a 14-7 advantage in the opening session. ... Getzlaf excelled everywhere except the faceoff circles, as he lost 14 of his 22 draws.
