Drew Brees threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to rookie tight end Jimmy Graham with 3:24 to play as the New Orleans Saints wrapped up a postseason berth with a 17-14 victory over the host Atlanta Falcons on Monday night.

Brees overcame a pair of fourth-quarter interceptions by leading a 13-play, 90-yard drive for the winning score as the Saints (11-4) snapped Atlanta's eight-game winning streak and kept alive their hopes of snaring the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs.

The Falcons (12-3) can still secure the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs by beating visiting Tampa Bay next Sunday.

Brees finished 35 of 49 for 302 yards with one TD and two interceptions, including a blunder on a backhand pass that was returned 26 yards for a touchdown by Chauncey Davis to put the Falcons in front 14-10 with 14:14 remaining.

Pierre Thomas rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown and Robert Meachem had 10 receptions for 101 yards for the defending Super Bowl champions, who avenged an overtime loss to Atlanta in Week 3.

Matt Ryan had his 15-game unbeaten streak at the Georgia Dome snapped, finishing 15 of 29 for 148 yards and a touchdown for the Falcons, who fell to 6-1 at home this season.

Garrett Hartley's 52-yard field goal and Thomas' 2-yard run gave the Saints an early 10-0 lead before Ryan connected with Roddy White on a 7-yard scoring pass midway through the second quarter to cut the deficit to 10-7.

Atlanta was poised to take the lead on its opening possession of the second half, but Michael Turner fumbled at the goal line and the Saints recovered.

Brees returned the favor in the opening minute of the fourth quarter, when he attempted an ill-advised backhand flip into the waiting arms of Davis.

On New Orleans' next possession, John Abraham batted down a pass from Brees and picked it off, but the Falcons were unable to capitalize.
