Andrew Baggett's 35-yard field goal in the fourth overtime lifted the visiting Tigers past the Volunteers.

James Franklin, whose 25-yard touchdown pass to Dorial Green-Beckham on fourth-and-12 with 47 seconds remaining tied the game, threw for a score in each of the first three overtimes in the first-ever meeting between the teams.

Missouri (5-5, 2-5 SEC) relied on big plays throughout the game. Jimmie Hunt returned a kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter while Kendial Lawrence had a 77-yard scoring run early in the third period.

Tyler Bray completed 37 of 54 passes for 404 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions, but the Vols (4-6, 0-6 SEC) still failed to register their first conference win. Tennessee scored touchdowns in the first three overtimes but a fourth-down pass was broken up on its possession in the fourth OT.

Franklin went 19-of-32 for 226 yards and was picked off once while totaling four touchdowns. Missouri rushed for 228 yards, including 153 on 21 carries by Lawrence.
