Mississippi 30, Arkansas 27:
Bryson Rose's third field goal, a 31-yarder as time expired, helped the Rebels stun the Razorbacks in their first trip to Little Rock in 20 years.

Rose, who hit a career-best 53-yarder earlier in the fourth quarter, split the uprights after Bo Wallace led a seven-play, 61-yard drive in just over two minutes. The Rebels (5-3, 2-2 SEC), who lost 10 games last year, are one win shy of becoming bowl eligible in Hugh Freeze's first season.

Jeff Scott ran for a score and Wallace finished 29-of-37 for 278 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Wallace led the winning drive moments after Dennis Johnson (career-best 161 yards on 27 carries) tied the game with a 5-yard touchdown run. Johnson was pressed into full-time duty after Knile Davis left with a leg injury.

Tyler Wilson finished 24-of-43 for 297 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions for Arkansas (3-5, 2-3). The Razorbacks' disappointing season continues under interim coach John L. Smith; Arkansas began the season as a Top 10 team before a four-game losing streak doomed it.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Arkansas took a 10-0 lead when Wilson stood tall in the face of a blitz and hit Chris Gragg for a perfectly-thrown 42-yard touchdown with 5:23 left in the first. ... Wallace threw a 4-yard touchdown to Vince Sanders and Charles Sawyer's blocked punt led to a 1-yard touchdown run from Barry Brunetti, which gave the Rebels a 14-10 lead with just under eight minutes left in the first half. ... The Rebels were 4-of-5 on third down in the first half and led 21-17 at intermission.
