Clint Moseley threw four touchdown passes in his second career start as Auburn used a big second half to pull away from visiting Ole Miss 41-23 on Saturday.

Michael Dyer added 177 rushing yards and a touchdown for the Tigers (6-3, 4-2 SEC), who won their fourth straight over the Rebels (2-6, 0-5 SEC).

The game was tied at 17 at halftime before the Tigers scored 24 straight points. Moseley connected on a 25-yard touchdown pass to Emory Blake with 7:22 left in the third quarter and Dyer added 4-yard rushing touchdown on the ensuing possession.

Moseley finished 12-of-15 for 160 yards as the Tigers had 256 of their 416 yards on the ground.

Ole Miss, which lost its third straight game and fifth in its last six, had four three-and-outs in the second half and also lost a fumble. Brandon Bolden led the Rebels with 114 rushing yards and two touchdowns, the second of which tied the game at 17 with 6:04 left in the second quarter.

Three different receivers caught touchdown passes for the Tigers, including Philip Lutzenkirchen, who finished with two. His second late in the fourth quarter represented Auburn’s fourth straight scoring drive of the second half and put the Tigers ahead 41-17.

Auburn is bowl eligible for the third straight year under coach Gene Chizik.
