TCU has done everything it can.

The third-ranked Horned Frogs steamrolled New Mexico 66-17 Saturday, completing their second straight undefeated regular season.

TCU seemingly now needs either No. 1 Oregon or No. 2 Auburn to lose their season-finale to have a chance at playing for the BCS National Championship. Oregon plays at Oregon State next week. Auburn faces South Carolina in the SEC Championship Game on Saturday.

The Horned Frogs (12-0, 8-0 Mountain West) outscored the Lobos (1-11, 1-7 Mountain West) 35-0 in the second half. Quarteback Andy Dalton threw three touchdown passes in the first quarter, before leaving the game with a forearm injury.

Dalton would not return, but TCU wouldn't need him.

Luke Shivers ran for two short touchdowns for TCU, which rushed for 293 yards and held New Mexico to only 130 yards offense.

Stump Godfrey scored two rushing touchdowns, and James Aho made a 27-yard field goal to account for the Lobos' points.
