LSU 68, Texas A&M 57: Charles Carmouche scored 20 points and the visiting Tigers pulled away in the second half to sweep the season series from the Aggies.

Johnny O’Bryant III contributed 11 points and 10 rebounds and Andre Stringer scored 10 points for LSU (18-10, 9-8 SEC), which has won three of its last four games.

Ray Turner scored 16 points and matched his season high with 13 rebounds to lead four players in double figures for Texas A&M (17-13, 7-10). Fabyon Harris contributed 12 points, Elston Turner scored 11 and Alex Caruso finished with 10 for the Aggies.

LSU led by seven with 1:34 remaining in the first half before the Aggies scored the final five points to trail 27-25 heading to the locker room.

A 7-0 run early in the second half stretched LSU’s lead to 42-33. Stringer's third 3-pointer sparked a second 7-0 run and the Tigers led 49-35 with 10:37 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Carmouche has scored at least 20 points in five of the last six games. … LSU point guard Anthony Hickey, who entered the week leading the nation in steals (3.2), finished with three points and two steals. … Turner came in averaging 27.2 points over the previous six games.
