Bobby Portis matched a career high with 24 points and added nine rebounds as the Razorbacks eased past the Redhawks in Little Rock.

Michael Qualls added 15 points and five boards for Arkansas (8-2), which has posted back-to-back wins after suffering its two losses. Anthlon Bell scored 12 points and handed out a pair of assists as the Razorbacks recorded 20 assists on 28 made field goals.

Jarekious Bradley scored 17 points while Nino Johnson collected 12 and 11 rebounds to lead Southeast Missouri State (5-6). Antonius Cleveland tallied 13 points for the Redhawks, who committed 17 turnovers.

Arkansas used a 13-2 run to open a 23-12 lead with just under 11 minutes left in the first half. Bradley’s basket cut the deficit to seven points, but the Razorbacks closed the half with a 15-5 surge to go into the break up 45-28.

Bradley knocked down a jumper to cut it to 51-44 with 13 1/2 minutes left, but Portis’ bucket kicked off an 8-0 burst that pushed the lead back to double figures. Qualls scored eight straight points for Arkansas before Portis’ jumper pushed the advantage to 71-51, and the Razorbacks cruised to the finish.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Bradley (7-for-17) has not hit 50 percent of his shots since going 5-for-10 in the season opener. … Portis (9-for-14) improved to 35-for-54 in his last four contests. … Arkansas snapped a three-game streak of scoring fewer than 80 points.
