Washington 90, Oregon 86: Terrence Ross scored 24 points and the host Huskies rallied in the second half to beat the rival Ducks and advance to the NIT semifinals for the first time.

Tony Wroten added 22 points for the top-seeded Huskies (24-10), who will face fourth-seeded Middle Tennessee or No. 6 seed Minnesota at Madison Square Garden in New York on March 27.

The third-seeded Ducks (24-10) shot 53 percent from the field in the first half and led by four at halftime, but Washington took a 10-point lead with seven minutes left after scoring nine straight points.

Oregon's 11-4 run cut Washington’s lead to 84-82 with 47 seconds left on Devoe Joseph’s 3-pointer, but the Huskies secured the win with four straight free throws.

Oregon’s frontcourt of Olu Ashaolu, E.J. Singler and Tony Woods combined for 54 of the team’s 86 points, and Woods set a career high with 15 points.

After scoring 15 points in the first half, Singler had only four after halftime and fouled out with a minute to play. Singler and Ashaolu had nine rebounds apiece.

The Huskies’ C.J. Wilcox scored 17 points, including three 3-pointers, and Washington shot 7 of 19 (36.8 percent) from beyond the arc.
