Ahmad Starks scored 15 points and Devon Collier added 13 as the Beavers (14-7, 4-5) rebounded from a 10-point first-half deficit to win their first conference road game in five tries.

Devoe Joseph scored 26 points and made five 3-point baskets for the Ducks (15-6, 6-3), who had a four-game win streak snapped and missed an opportunity to remain tied for first in the Pac-12.

Oregon State’s strong second half saw it turn a double-digit deficit into a 63-51 lead on Joe Burton’s layup with just under eight minutes to play.

The Ducks staged an impressive rally and pulled within 73-70 on a 3-pointer by E.J. Singler with 47.2 seconds left. But they couldn’t get closer despite the Beavers missing three of six free throws in the final 25 seconds.

Oregon led 45-39 with 13:15 remaining after back-to-back 3-pointers by Joseph. The Beavers responded with 11 straight points and took a 50-45 lead on Starks’ basket with 10:14 to play.

Singler scored 16 points and Carlos Emory had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Ducks.

Oregon led 20-10 with six minutes left in the first half after five straight points by Singler, and took a 28-23 lead into the break.
